Relationship law is such like that a man will live on mercy of women whether it's pre marriage or post marriage law.Women may misutilise the law to satisfy her ego at any point of time in life. There are lots of loopholes and biasedness in the law.

When there is a law there will always be people who use it and misuse it

@@VikasNagwan If there is chances of misutilisation of law then Govt should place a deterrent so that possibility of misuse can be minimised. But in most of the relationship law ,Govt has provided a legal license to women for misuse. It's not good.Law should be gender neutral and Men across the India should force the Govt to make the law gender neutral.

A man’s life in india completely depends on the hope that no laddy will become very angry or will not want to take revenge & JUST LIE. (& file a fake case)
To file false pretext of marriage case lllady don’t have to show any evidence of
    i) ‘the promise’ or the ‘ false promise’
    ii) evidence of physical reelationship.
Also in 376 llady can easily lie in
    i) there was physical relationship in reality may be no physical
ii) there was no consent May be there was full consent
No evidence required man will go to jail😅😅😅

That’s the issue… a man can be convicted even on the sole oral testimony of the girl

Break up by man in india is not a crime right?
Basically if there is a relationship & shhe consented & consent is not based on promise of marriage ( man made it clear he will not get married to anyone ever) & didn’t made any false promises then in case for some reason he wants to break up its not a crime.
Only crime if consent was based on misconception of fact otherwise not Rp , no crime
    Right??

legally speaking just break up or relationship gone sour is not a crime. Practically there are many other factors which influence the registration of FIR

Unfortunate this lady lawyer in th video ( like most ladies ) doesn’t want to even recognise the fact that woman can lie to take revenge & use false pretext of marriage case/ rp case on bf /live in partner to take revenge
& our system doesn’t have any safe guard for man from this.
    Even though during relationship
Case 1. They both knew ( lady knew) rellationship may or may not end up in marage & she consented knowing this fact
Case 2. Bf & gf they both agreed to stay as a unmarrried couple forever & only if relationship becomes tozic they will go on their own way.
But if man wants to end the relationship or lady gets angry/ felt cheated for any reason Wman suddenly cry exploitation 😅😅
There r some cases where lady live in partner with whom she had a kid & they were raising the kid , 5-6 years old still she file rp case , false pretext of marriage case
& indian judiciary entertains such case
Only in our incredible india, no developed nation has this kind of legal system

      First things first
These questions were decided by both of us based on the queries we receive. That lady lawyer is my wife and a famous lawyer..
We do want to spread awareness about such issues .. legal education is must for men as well women in India. Even if someone has to file a complaint, the moral and ethical side also be considered

I hope my criticism was not too harsh.
I understand from where u r coming from
But in the video i saw whenever u started talking about ladddies filing false cases , laddy lawyer stopped u then & there & diverted u from the topic.
& lots of ❤️ for both of u for spreading legal awareness .
But again she should also consider the fact that laddies do file false cases on ex / someone to take revenge
And also what safety measures , evidences , eye witness should man keep so that it can be less risky for him in case for some reason gf become revengeful ?

    Question 1.
So basically there r 2 points
Where man will be in big trouble if a llady lie
    A. No consent
    B. Consent is based on misconception of fact i.e. promise of marriage
How to protect & evidence man should collect to be safe??
    1. Chats , call recording about hr consent
& cctv in door & in drawing room what can show s.hhe is volunteering spending time with him & went to be.d room with the man
& also other female family members(eye witness )reside in thee flat who can testify there was no force & sshe didn’t reesited & shhouted Ever
& it was a very common occurrence between them
Can’t it prove consent?? If sshe lie that there was no coonsent ?( shee was not intoxicated or anything)
    2. False promise of marage : also if man have chats , calls , eye witness that
He clearly said in the beginning he will not marrry hr or anyone else ever
But will be with hr forever unless rellationship turns reaal tozic
& knowing it s.hhe proceeded to have relationship
Then man is safe right from sec 69 ??

there are other factors also... but these are necessary safeguards
