    Awesome city, it has changed so much since I visited over 10 years ago. Love that blue sky and sunshine on a crisp winter day. Thanks for the great tour 😍👍

    Pretty neat you started your walk at the Butterfly Bridge. I had a dream I recorded a walk from there the other day. Fun stuff

      Thanks for watching! I'm glad I could make your dream come true.. That bridge and area was beautiful and great way to start the video.

    Another American city on the decline

      Another weak mind on the rise. It's your pov you should disect. You eat what the media feeds you. If corporate media wants to destroy Austin all they have to do is say it's declined and sheep eat it up. Its a good city.
      Signed a small town country boy for east TX age 42 that moved to North Austin.

      Decline while 10 new towers are under construction...😅

      Possibly the fastest growing city in the country, there's dozens of new towers popping up. Real estate, job growth, pay is all increasing. Major companies are relocating there all the time. Austin is a beautiful city, it has growing pains sure, but decline? Give me a break. Sounds like another butt hurt conservative or Wumao/ Russian troll.

    Of course, I’m wildly sorry for the question! but why is the city center so deserted? some empty cafes, restaurants... and in general the city looks like some kind of set for a film about what happened when people died out. Rare pedestrians seemed to get there by accident. This is a very, very unhealthy environment for the human psyche. There are probably a lot of people living there with all sorts of mental disorders.

      most American cities, especially cities in the American southeast, are like this. That's why the few that aren't are very expensive because there's such a high demand for them

      @@izzyci thanks for the answer! and where do people living in such an environment communicate? getting acquainted? RUclips often recommends videos about the USA to me, but I’m not delighted with this country and in general it doesn’t particularly interest me. and what I notice is that almost all bloggers, with the exception of American ones, are in great bewilderment at the desolation of American cities... there are parking lots, roads, some faceless boxes of skyscrapers everywhere... and everyone has exactly the same questions - WHERE ARE THE PEOPLE ? Cities that are not similar to this city from the video are cities closer in type to a European city? well, or more generally to the world - with pedestrian centers and more dense buildings?

    • @stevepierre3120
      @stevepierre3120 Месяц назад +1

      @watcher2424 You have to remember USA is a big country equivalent to Canada and China, with a population is around 300+ million people with 50 major cities and hundreds of towns, how can you fill that up?!... Unlike China with 1.3 billion people or India with 1.4 billion people with similar size of land, maybe all the cities will be crowded AF!! 😅

    • @watcher2424
      @watcher2424 Месяц назад

      @@stevepierre3120 It's not a question of population size! The question is - where are the people? why does the city look like a huge abandoned parking lot?

    • @stevepierre3120
      @stevepierre3120 Месяц назад +4

      @watcher2424 Lmao!!... abandon parking lot?!...Are you blind?!...it looks fine to me, it also depends when this video was recorded, maybe it's early in the morning or during working hours, most Americans also like to commute using their cars, especially places like Texas where most people live in the suburban area, this is not NYC or Chicago where people live in the city center and commute using subway trains. 😅
