Gurdjieff, of the former Middle Eastern Amber Caucasian Race, saw an illicit Fortune opportunity- he murdered a friend, who had shown to him certain esoteric material... he stole all this from his gifted friend. He managed to convince a lot of people he was some sort of great guru, whereas his Fate was Perdition. I don't think that Enneagram should be used, it wasn't his friend's will that it should be published. Here is an Enneagram for today, counting clockwise: Yule Type, Jolly Type, Yellower, Mild, Caring, Weyland (Pleasure Seeker), Idealist, Arbitrator, Yehebic Type (like Fate-Attuner). As the Seth Enneagram can be made 10 by adding Grunaargh, Artistic Type, between the First and Second, a Janus Type could be added, there, for 10. These are for the Directions, this order, exactly the same is a time-seasonal order. It is not good to interpret 9 seasons in a Year in general, but good for 9-year cycles. Ten months in a year is perfectly legitimate, however... For Eight directions, one can take 9 and put the 6th in the center of a mandala. On a World Tree diagram- the extra Three represented can be attributed with the 13 ogham months, Beithe is Peaceful, Luis Arbitrator, Fearn Yehebic, etc.for 9 or 10 the order begins with Kether however... Yule Type Yehebic Arbitrator (Peaceful) Idealist Weyland Caring (Tepid) Mild Yellower (Nefer) Jolly Janus
The enneagram test is nothing to do with G.s work, go read the books (Ouspensky and Gurdjieff) and find your own truth rather than rely on others to do the work for you.
Did he have any connection to the 369 principle of Nikola Tesla? “If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have the key to the universe.” Could we also link or state that the number 9 which is seen as the final chapter (symbolically) has relation to discovering The All; IAM presence?
I have not found any direct connection to the 369 principle of Tesla but I do believe that there is something there. Maybe there is a connection that I have not discovered yet. About the connection to the number 9 that you mentioned, I do not know enough to comment on that. I will be looking into the though! Thanks for sharing this brother!
