I was able to spend all of my time practicing the lesson for 2 weeks. I was at the point where I was trying control my dreams. One evening after having a spiritual experience the night before in a dream, I just started speaking to whatever has been taking care of me. I said, "I know I probably have known you for thousands of years, but I don't remember you and that's why I don't love you. I know that you've been taking care of me this whole time." I began to cry. If I had read the book prior to my experience one could say that I had been influenced, but I hadn't read it. This is my experience with practicing this book. I had felt abandoned because I knew that it had taken a lot for me to get into such an emotional state to manifest what I now know are my spirit guides. With that said I had stopped practicing. I'm going to begin to practice again. If anyone has had any experiences with these practices please tell me. If you have any questions I'm willing to do my best to help guide you as well.
