Ma bois! Ya boi completely messed up the spelling at 11:59 🤣 to clarify:
It should be kynurenine & quinolinic acid not cyuronine & quenalitic acid - that's what happens when you listen to nutrition podcasts & try to take notes 🤣🤣🤣.

Hi, I would like to see the studies that have found that sugar consumption triggers inflammation. This doesn't seem to be generally recognised yet (at least I don't see it on Wikipedia, for example). And of course with regard to linoleic acid. Linoleic acid is not produced in the body but is already a major component of oils beforehand. Pumpkin seeds and Sunflower seeds contain a lot of linoleic acid. I rather have the feeling that "forbidden food" is the topic on which a nutritionist distinguishes himself from others and serves to raise his profile.

Loneliness can become severe or even crippling when you spend years alone and struggling to find someone to spend your life with, or even go on a date with. I accept that having a loving partner and happy healthy relationship isn't the answer to everything, but at 52, having spent all but a handful of years alone (despite being good looking, intelligent, funny etc), it's so difficult to maintain a happy outlook and positive vibration when you've spent years struggling to have a normal dating/social life, and wondering why it seems to be a perpetual mystery as a to why meeting new people in a natural way seems so hard.

    • @jaybee4288
      @jaybee4288 3 месяца назад

What you think is natural isn’t necessarily natural to others. As a relatively young woman the most natural thing to me is to text men. It’s very unnatural to me for guys that are older and unattractive to me to try to strike up conversation when I’m out with friends for example.

She doesn't care about you and is probably riding another man that she feels is more "alpha" than you. That's life and frankly, women don't care. The logical thing to do is stop caring about them. Don't invest that much of yourself again, and if you do I find it's better to invest in male friendships. The nature of male-female relations is fundamentally adversarial.

I'm sure they'd absolutely love that you want to have dinner with them. Unfortunately society is now structured in such a way that it makes it more and more difficult to spend time with people, crazy work hours, shift work, 0 hour contracts etc. You realise how difficult that is when you try and organise a large group of people meeting as an adult - so many conflicting schedules.

Sadly, I can 100% testify that this doesn't work at all. I can only tell you the mass amount of what feels like narcissistic treatment from medical professionals that I've experienced in my 10 or so years of desperately seeking therapy and help to escape depression.
I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that it did far more damage than good searching for so long with horrible GPs and horrible mental health staff at the local hospital. The best person I came across seemed nice but was quite useless. And the rest were awful. I've made a good handful of desperate complaints that were all turned back on me as they gaslighted me, and failed to apologise when I stood my ground and eventually proved them wrong.
"Just ask for help" is the biggest LIE in the manosphere.

Man, I'm about to turn 21 in a month and life just gets more confusing and complicated the older I get. It feels like before turning 19/20 there was this illusory veil hiding the truth of the world that caused me to be ignorant of so many things. Life can be super brutal. For me personally everything started going downhill the second I turned 20. In the span of my 20th birthday to now my dad died, I had to move out of the house I lived in since I was 9, my girlfriend broke up with me twice (the most recent time a week ago) and I've gone through the worst depression I've ever been through. I don't know if I'm looking forward to turning 21 if there's more of that kind of stuff in store for me. As a kid, in my ignorance I never understood why anyone would choose to unalive themselves but the older I get the more I understand. It makes complete sense now.

You’re not alone, this was me at 20. I felt an urge hit me that something “wasn’t right” with me at 20 (2021), I became super aware of just how bad things were and how insignificant I was to others, by then my gf at the time dumped me, I lost my job twice, I stopped going to school, I totaled my car going up a hill, lost all of my confidence, and blew through $5,000 in less than 6 months. That was all of my savings at that time. It got even worse after that but just now, in this year am I finally getting through it all. Slowly
It sucks and these things happen, but what we do with ourselves when we come out on the other side is the most important. And it’s hard. It’s lonely, it’s soul suckingly depressing. Nobody has your side and you have to do it all yourself, and you can’t cheer yourself on as a man, people will look at you funny for doing so. Sometimes I wish that veil you speak of never was lifted off my face, because I look at other people who are so much happier with it on, because the blissful ignorance keeps them from having to ponder their own existence. It’s a double edged sword of life, and it’s really a bitch.
I feel you tho. At 23 idk if I feel like I have a place in this world. Sometimes everything comes at you all at once. I hope things get better for you man, the world is a better place with you in it

I'm 30 and my luck with women is still comically bad. A year ago I started going to dance lessons and I've learned to dance bachata decently, it definitely opened me to a community where I've made many great friends along the way. I've never been busier with my schedules before, so that's great. But relationship wise, it hasn't been that much better. I feel like I'm walking in a fog. I meet women with whom I have plenty in common and I've grown substantial amounts of self confidence and self worth to understand that I am a man with lots to offer. People say I'm a good looking man, I'm an easy person to talk to and I could make someone happy, I've been offered dates, but at the end of the day, it never amounted to much. I keep getting cold shoulders, dialogues ending without any warnings, like women reaching the limit of patience and they just ghost me. I try to keep optimistic, but every time I open myself, I get left behind, and it is crushing my soul in ways I can't describe. Recently I've been feeling numb, like my default is me becoming numb to everything, just so I wouldn't feel that pain of rejection. When I fall into my dark place, I keep thinking that I do not belong in this world or that I was born only to be stuck in a loop of constant rejection. Like time is nothing but a flat circle. And I'll be left alone with no answers. Again. And again.. And again..

I am a woman and I experience the same ,men get attracted by my looks but are scared of my intelligence and the intensity of my emotions , they are intimidated by how real I behave coz I absolutely hate being someone I’m not, even my friends left me so I stay alone and it’s peaceful. It does get lonely at times but quality over quantity ,if I can’t get genuine friendships and relationship then I rather be alone.

Honestly, I can’t wait to die and go to heaven. There, I can experience all the love, warmth and connection that I didn’t experience here on Earth. It’s a blessing that life is short. I believe that this current life is depressing and painful on purpose. Everything is intelligently designed by God. A painful life is a challenge, but the reward makes it worth it. My reward is waiting for me, in heaven. I just have to endure 70 years of being unloved.

When i left home (pushed out i guess) i moved to a crappy bedsit in a bad neighborhood (all i could afford) i really couldn't even pay the bills. And for 6 years i sat alone by myself in a cell of a room. And sometimes whn i would see my family they would say stuff like "omg your so thin what happened" or "you need to take better care of yourself"
I struggled day in day out to not top myself for no reason other than i didn't want society to win.
Eventually the isolation drove me mental which perversely cured my deleterious mindset.
Mental people dont end themselves, because they are mental. Only sane men slip quietly into the night.
I now live in perpetuity along side chaos. Nothing is bad anymore because its just the way its supposed to be.

Oh man, if I had only known all this at 24. It took me 15 years to discover and build all these routines. Now, as a 40-year-old man, I can only shout DO AS HE SAYS if you're feeling depressed and low. It won't make your ghosts disappear; it'll weapon you up to face them. Pro tip: make sure you do not suffer from sleep apnea if you always feel tired despite sleeping enough time.

I reasonate with this video so much it feels like I’ve screwed myself like I’m stuck in a hole. I’m 16 and I have one more year left of school and left my old friend group a year ago because they weren’t really friends now I just come home and scroll on social media I don’t go out at all and I’m genuinely afraid to graduate because it just seems so bleak and hopeless. I don’t know what I want to do with my life and school is the one place you keep seeing people on a regular basis after that everyone goes their separate ways. I’m trying to keep going I know it can get better I just feel so stuck. I know I’m responsible for my happiness I just really want this shit to end I got to do something about thanks for this video man🙏this really is a big problem for a lot of young men in this generation

I've been saying this since the end of the pandemic.
The way there is a Toastmasters for public speaking. There needs to be a group for conversations and meeting new people. A Conversations Master if you will.

My Man, Love from India, First of all, The fact that you've read our Ancient Book, Bhagvad Gita just makes me follow you even more than I do already. Plus I just wanted to tell that you are an absolute gentleman, I think, you can get more knowledge about our religion and learn and teach young men so many new things. I am a person who takes keen interest in what my religion has said, And I knoe many things about Sanatan Dharma. I just wonder if we both can sir and have a talk and I can tell you the many things which our Religion is wanting to tell the world! Trust me, it is no different than what you are trying to convey to your audience. I am sure it will help you grow spiritually as well! I just want to share some things to you that will surely help you in many ways. Much Love, please let me know about what you think! Much Respect and a Huge fan! Looking forward to have a talk with you Good Sire! ❤️

All your advice fails in the face of chronic pain. Treasure your healthy pain free body. I wish I did, 20/20 hindsight. Your suggestions are still sound if anyone can still have the agency to. G'luck all.

I'm 19, been alone for the past 3 months, no friends, only work colleagues. Honestly, I am completely enjoying this time, alone with my thoughts, I am getting more and more comfortable with myself, just doing my own things, and giving absolutely 0 shit on how other people view me. I give it my all when I work and do my thing when nobody or nothing required me. I think the key here is to learn to be comfortable on your own, we are all responsible for our own problems, so just get up and deal with it.

You have no purpose in life other than to live it. You are the universe experiencing itself. Life is hard and life is short but it’s also beautiful if you let it be. Experience life. Nobody has it all. Stop comparing. Don’t live your life trying to satisfy others. Do what makes you happy. You can be a people’s person without being a people pleaser.

I agree. The scariest feeling of all is feeling nothing, and completely emotionally numb. Later on I realized, I would do that as a defense mechanism. I used to get bullied a lot, and I figured in my head that the next time I interacted with my persecutors, they wouldn't be able to hurt me emotionally, if I couldn't feel anything. People tell me I have a dead eyes, and that I completely changed.

i relate to this so much. before going to highschool, i had a severe overbite which gave me buck teeth. i knew i was different. so i deliberately turned off my emotions to cope with others making fun of me. i spent nearly every waking moment alone and empty. i tried so hard to gain approval from my peers by doing good deeds, but in the end, people couldn’t even make eye contact with me, confirming every insecurity i had. no one sat with me at lunch, and girls would scoff at the idea of sitting next to me on the bus. so eventually, i accepted that i would be alone for a good while. i didn’t have a choice. but surprisingly the worst part of it all wasn’t even being treated like trash, it was realizing how two faced everyone became when i got braces, gained weight, and finally looked normal. suddenly, the same people who alienated me gave my fist bumps and gestures of respect. witnessing that kind of fakeness firsthand just completely destroyed my faith in humanity and relationships. it feels like who we are on the inside truly doesn’t matter, as much as i wish it weren’t true. it’s hard to willingly want to serve a society that would go out of their way to torment good people for things beyond their control. i hate playing the game.

This isn't a man . He has problems so what that's life . God help him if he ever has a real problem not just feeling a bit sad . He's spoilt and like all spoilt brats he's ungrateful for everything he has . His problems are his own keep it that way and people will respect you instead of pitying you
