I can say this enough how is this channel not over a million subscribers its such a good channel cars comedy and good times wtf people tell everyone about this channel hell tell your grandma yo watch
This video was a rollercoaster of emotions for sure lol. Im still confused what the sound was but hey, it went away and you made some power. Love Brent and Jamie at PFI. Great guys .
I bought a shirt and gloves. Glad to see the Jeep making more progress! I hope you can make it to ice cream cruise with it! Keep up the awesome work Preston! My guess for the noise was a sticking lifter.
When he switched into the fire suit that would have been the perfect time for you to put on a 'Future me's gonna regret this' shirt (which I just bought!) 😆
@ls_812 Man, I have not ran at the track for years... 26yrs as a matter of fact... Back then, times were a little slower, lol. I didn't have any LS engine or some fancy turbo boost maker... Just a mild built old school Chevy small block 350... If I remember, right... 13.2s In a heavy ass old second gen 74 Camaro... I'm sure any of my newer daily vehicles I have had be just about as fast, if not faster... That's the difference between now and back then... A 13-second car back in the day was not too bad for a street car... I've always wanted to run my Kaw at the track, but I never have. I'm sure the old 75' Z1 could put down a good number for a 50 year old bike... Anyway, I got old had kids and family...quit racing... Now I have to live my racing dreams through RUclips LOL... However, my good buddy, who justs down the road, "Mean" Dean Anderson, whom I see once in a blue moon and these days, who I used to race with, never had kids or a family. He just kept racing and getting faster, faster. Now you'll see him winning on Sick Week or Sick Summer put down 8s runs in his 79 gray Malibu. He's got an article in sick magazine. You can google his name and car. So I know a bit about drag racing whether I've been fast down the track myself or not, as still follow my good buddy Dean. As I mentioned motorcycles, I'm not really into the motorcycle world of drag racing, but my motorcycle mechanic, well, he's got a few big-time wins himself... Tom Klemme. So even though I might not be racing, I know a thing or two. I've been subscribed to this channel for years. I think Preston is awesome, he just needs to keep racing like Dean did. I just love to give him shit because he definitely needs to learn how to race better, though. You asked... It's been, a long time you get a long answer. 😜
Add Some breathers, fresh plugs and go through the fuel filters and with same tune it may exceed 600w. Loving how its coming along man, my heart sank at the noises it made but it was nice for it to fix itself for you lol
28th! Preston, I too thought it was all over when the click clack started. But congratulations on the 580HP. Best wishes on getting everything done before the track day. Roger in Pierre South Dakota
Yes that engine was loaded up , at least it cleaned itself out , no smoke ! Sounds great , another job well done ! Hey Preston are you ever coming to Florida for an event ?
That rattle sounds familiar to me. I would pop the torque tube off and check all the bolts on the engine side. Sounds like my buddies car right before he sheered the bushing on the torque tube.
dude, i would wearthat like a badge of honor. "I built a contraption so sketchy, that a seasoned drag racer and tuner felt the need to put on saftey gear, in a dyno cell" or for the trophy plaque "I scared them good!" OR "Sketch it SOO GOOOD!"
Might have had some detonation due to carbon build up from it running so rich. Put some fresh spark plugs in it. Maybe? Nice to see it make some power Preston. Kudos dude!
That was a roller coaster, but finished strong. Problem is real weather people are far an few between as they just look at a screen now (weird considering the technology has got better but also not a specialist thing anymore), when the good ones use old an new techniques to base there claims off actual science
Engine go click'ta'ty'clack'a'ty. Not good. Engine almost go boom now. It sounded like valve hitting a piston. Adjust the valve lash and engine sound better. Engine vroom now, but iffy. "GET THE HELMET!" Advance timing! Enging go vroom now. Preston, happy!🤣

I totally agree. Preston is a funny Rad dude!
He’s only at 1.21 jiggawatts which is such a shame
The weather report at the end had me rolling 😂😂😂 it is going to rain or toon in tomorrow and see if I guessed right
"clack clackety clack" with Jamie's concerned face could be a t-shirt design 🤣 great video, nice numbers 👍🏽

91 mph in 2nd gear! 😮 time for a roll cage!

Doesn't matter? He doesn't know how to drag race anyway... 😂 Even if it's a 9s second car, he won't do better than 12s 😂
@@justinhobart8747 Just curious what's your fast Hey Joseph, come on et

Add more timing 21 degrees is about max you would want to go, so 18 would be the 1
If the weather is good you’re gonna make over 600 in Nebraska bubba!
