I recognize this condo - I used to work for someone who lived there. She would often host the company holiday parties. It was decorated in a much more eclectic manner with some fabulous, bold art. I can attest that the views are amazing and the vibe inside is chic urban modern. Somebody got an amazing deal on this!
Yes, it turned out very nice! I know the HOA has been relatively flexible over the years about what you can do to your unit; it has been pretty awesome to see what some owners have done. Can't beat having a Target downstairs. Thanks for watching! :D
I would hate to live in a condo building where B&B rentals are allowed. Noisy short term tourist guests in the building would drive me bonkers. And I bet waiting for the elevator is no fun.
@@chanhenri9172 It is a multi-variable equation: Covid was a huge factor, as people wanted to move further out and have more space. Supply was being added at a regular rate(during and after Covid) and at one point there was an over saturation in the condo market. Also coupled with an increased interest rate also made condos look less attractive to Buyers. However, there are significantly less developments coming up in the next 5 years in downtown Seattle. First Light, is one of the handful projects scheduled to complete in the next few years. This indicates that demand for condos would steadily increase compared to current demand. Hope this helps.
So uggggglyyyyyyyy and expensive. Only the very exxxxxpensssssive furniture saves it. Ugliest expensive condos all over Seattle. Don't even know if homeless people lived in them before! I wouldn't even pay a penny for that ugly sight.
Hahaha nice bathtub scene with the upside down book
Nice catch! 😆

You are totally right! Thank you for watching 🙏😊
Very well done home. I used to live at the Newmark years ago. My place did not look anything like that, lol.

The unit was staged better than any other condo I have ever seen.

Can I double confirm airbnb is allowed in this place
Yes, it is absolutely allowed. I am happy to chat with you further. You can email me at Cyrus@CyrusFieneTeam.com :)
The price is unbelievable low, what happen in Seattle’s condo market.
That is a really sweet price. I think the condo market slightly cooled, but it will pick up again since there is less supply for the next 5 years...
@@Kurt9255 may I ask why do u think so.
