Nice place! I used to live in an apartment in the market area, that was easy to get to, when the market was open, but a little harder when it was closed. This was many, many years, ago, but I loved that place!
It hasn’t been a farmers market in 40 years except for flowers. All those fruits and vegetable displays are food brokers, some like Sosio’s are outstanding.
I can't get over how you say 600 sq feet is large and generous. Sorry, it is not. You can live in it as a single person, but it is tight for one person, and once you add another person, it is just too darn small. I don't care how tall the ceiling is, it still is too darn small for 2.
I made the comment in the context of "studio-size condos around Pike Place Market," which tend to be between 300 and 500 sqft. By that standard, this is quite a large space for a studio. Thank you for watching our videos! :)
Ah, I had a feeling it wasn't going to be inexpensive, with all of the preliminaries, about the access to various businesses, especially the furniture store. ;-D Hm, I have a feeling there's no access to parking, let alone secure parking (likely expensive)? ;-)
Oh, so glad that 99 is gone. I looked at condos years ago that had a great urban or loft vibe, but there's no way I could live with that highway out side the window.
I noticed that this was not shot as a real estate video showing the apartment. It is totally oblivious to the fact it is a real estate sales video. They don't have the wide angle lens that can show you the room dimensions.
It is nice being able to wake up and immediately go to shops downstairs. It is like the condo is an extension of everything around.
2:20 the houseless guy is having fun over there 😅😅😅
Homie appreciated it
Wonderful Seattle Pike Place Waterfront Market, SEAFOOD, Fresh Flowers and Coffee☕!😊
@@NoraLuzCalugas Agreed!!! Thank you for watching our video 😊

Yes! A wonderful area 😊 So much energy from just being around all the action.

Very cute rustic place
And there’s walking to downtown with only a couple blocks hitting the notorious 3rd street with beggars and homeless

Agree, and you are exactly right! The view out of this condo is now the new Seattle Aquarium expansion, with some water. Thank you for watching! :)
There's a full size dishwasher, but no stove? Without a stove you're not going to need a full size dishwasher.
That is a mini-fridge! No dishwasher here. Thank you for watching our videos :)
At 5:04 the video real starts. How hard is it to just do a room tour? Very litter shot about the real room

We’re do you park?
@@DebbieHarris-up7qe the building has some parking spots to use as well as monthly parking nearby! Thank you for watching 😊
Pike place market has been known to be haunted in the buildings dont get an apartment there, move somewhere else downtown
Love the video...however the background porno music is horrible!!
Cool! Now please tell us how many used needles and how much human excrement is scattered around this million dollar condo…..
