Tears when she said "share your work". I'm just starting out on month 3.

Thank you, Jenn! You beautifully put into words the reasons why I love to read, and want to write. I’m retiring this June after 30 years of teaching (my true dream career) and plan to shut down my own Ruth to start my next chapter as a writer. I’ve read, and enjoyed, all your cozy mysteries. Who knows? Maybe someday you will be enjoying mine! Thanks for this inspirational talk!

Hi, thanks im a aspiring singer. It's true you have to open yourself up to criticism and hard work. I was watching your video for an exam in English fuctional skills to find the writers voice and now i am glad that i will open myself up to criticism to improve myself.

She spends more time telling her own cliched story than explaining how to find your own writer’s voice.

personal experience is honestly the only way that you can really convey how to find your own voice because if you give a blueprint, is it really finding your own voice?
is it one of those experiences where if you explain how you did it. people begin finding ways to relate to you & understand how to apply their own experiences to the words of others.
