- Lots of people have been asking me to remake the parallels video I made about them some time ago but with new S8 footage.
I started this video know it would be long. It started out as 8 minutes and I tried to make it shorter but only ended up editing even more.
THERE ARE JUST SO MANY PARALLELS between them. And their story is one of the greatest stories ever told that I felt important to tell it all.
I wish I could say that I'm sorry about the lenght of this video but I am not. I will probably be the only one who watches it until the end.
I put a lot of work into this one thats why it took me so long, so I hope you enjoy it.

She was so powerful before meeting Jon. She had everything and lost everything for him. She did not deserve that end.
"And the seven kingdoms couldn't fill the hole she left behind 😭😭"
"I could tell you everything about her... Who she was, how we met, the colour of her eyes and the shape of her nose.. I can see her right in front of me"... That scene with the voice overs are so damn good
The worst possible ending the best two characters in the show could've possibly gotten!!😶😭
It broke my heart how in the last season Jon betrayed himself. He allowed everyone else to get in his head saying she would never ever rule beside him or share the throne when honestly that's All she ever wanted: a partner who was her equal and her Home. Dany was right, everyone was pushing him to the throne even though he never wanted that all for their own ambition.
Dany wasn’t Mad she was just broken. 🥺😭 she will forever be my Queen 👑, when ever he says”you are are my Queen now and always” I feel like I’ve had a knife literally plunged through my own heart 💔.
I'm crying! They didn't deserve this ending 💔
We should have had their wedding, the union of fire and ice, we should have had the pregnancy announcement, we should have had more of THEM, together. I still.... feel this... sorrow at how it all went down.
So beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. This was a story that never should have ended like it did. These two would have made a wonderful Queen and King. She went against everyone else’s expectations and wanted him to rule with her. She truly adored him. It hurts so much seeing what they went through. Despite what some say I seriously doubt Jon is enjoying his “freedom”. Sure Aemon said love is the death of duty which but at the same time he also said “A Targaryen alone in the world is a terrible thing” and that is exactly what Jon is at the end. 😭
This is a story of love and betrayal, triumph and tragedy, which involve and revolve around the two central protagonist of the entire eight seasons, Jon Snow and Deanerys Stormborn this alas is their story a Song of Ice and Fire.
One word to describe your video: Perfection. You handled and showed their parallels and love story in such a beautiful way! When "Truth" kicked in , I lost it. I cried my eyes out. I don't think I will ever fully recover from this ending . It has left me traumatized and I can't rewatch scenes that I love due to that. Anyway , their story was tragic and terribly sad but they were the 2 most amazing characters ( to me) in the whole saga and they deserved better.
Man, it should have ended with Dany and Jon victorious and happy together. That’s how it should have ended 😕😕😕😔😔😔
The voice over of "knife to the heart" just made me realize that he didn't take one just literally, but also figuratively.

Worst ending in the History of entertainment. They distroyed those character arcs!
Both of them are heroes who have sacrificed so much for others. The least they deserve is a happy ending together.

The use of Little Fingers speech, Aemon's words, the parallels, the fusion of past characters long dead that molds with Jon and Dany. This is beautiful and brilliant, and words cannot do justice for this.
The part that kills me every time is that Jon knows what it's like to be betrayed by people he thought he could trust....he knows what's it's like to think you're doing the right thing and be murdered for it....seeing how shocked Dany is when she sees his scars...like it was the worst thing she'd ever seen...it breaks my heart that he stabbed her knowing how fucked up that is. It breaks my fucking heart.
There are other great videos of Jon and Daenerys, of their many parallels, of their quests, of their love. But this one has something special. This video "abandons the lies". What we have left? We see the truth of two tragic quests. Tragic means death, in the end. But in this world, we see that death is not the end. Death can be defeated. Parents are alive through their children, characters stay alive because we remember them and, because it's a fantasy, death is literally defeated by a new life and the new purpose that comes with it.
