All women should tell all men about #6. Most men are not aware of the gravity of that one, and women are the ones in the best position to do something about it. Too often women just do not make this one clear, and it's ridiculous. I as a man understand the importance of this but I had to learn it and it took years, and I now sometimes feel that I have a firmer grasp on its gravity than women do. I don't care how crazy that sounds. You'd be surprised how little women articulate this issue to men. We need you to be crystal clear, ladies. Men do not know enough about the experience of most women, you can't make that up. I don't want to be labeled misogynist any more than the next guy. Help men help everyone.
I have had trouble acknowledging brilliant women in my own life, but it was because they were very dismissive and condescending with me, made me feel small and unwanted and were very antagonistic when I confronted them about it, leaving me with resentment and a lack of desire to appreciate their accomplishments. Whenever I had that same experience with a man, they just listened to me and adjusted their behavior until it wasn't an issue anymore. The women didn't.
SLAY QUEEN! As a man itβs nice to be told some of this stuff, Iβve been trying hard to stick to not doing these things and I think Iβm doing a good job! I wanna give a shout-out to a girl I look up to HELLA. Jen Ledger, the drummer from skillet I would love to be her and I think sheβs amazing! Love your vids
I really don't think #3 is a sign of misogyny. Sometimes men just do not have enough interactions with women, and a lot of times, women are part of the reason for that. A lot of men also need male role models because they have not developed enough in their own manhood, so this take can be very insensitive.
It's true that if someone singles out astrology and obsesses over it, that's suspicious -- whereas ridiculing astrology along with flat-earthers, pizzagaters, scientologists, etc., is of course completely normal. Leftists like to call Libertarianism astrology for men (and I assume there's a clear male majority among its supporters), but that doesn't mean ridiculing Libertarianism is misandrist.

#4 is ridiculous, I'm sorry. There are so many potential reasons why a man could have acted that way. That was a big assumption. There's nothing wrong with not talking to someone. He probably just didn't find her interesting or have anything in common with her. You gave no details about the interaction. What were the expectations? Assuming that this is misogyny probably comes from a place of feeling entitled to attention or just having a presumption that is itself very sexist. Calling this an enormous red flag is very dangerous. People just don't hit it off, that happens all the time. This kind of attitude is very off-putting to men for an important reason. I find it hard to take this seriously now.
Exactly men need male figures in their lives thats how they become good men? If you want men that look up to women then you want to date a woman or a feminine man
#5 was irresponsible. You didn't even really explain exactly what your point is. Is it about saying your ex is crazy, or using the word crazy at all? What are you actually trying to say there? Saying your ex was crazy is a bad idea, but it's normal to have that sentiment and most people don't know why we should be better-adjusted than that. Besides, your attitude is similar to that of the kind of person who would do so. If you want this advice to be authoritative, you need to explain. Not a good look.
Are you saying youve never called a man an a#$hole? And by the way, a patriarchal society would never have let you and your bestie lead anyone or anything. Period.
Try going to other countries with actual patriarchal societies and youll change your mind really quick about this one. Women can become anything they want here. You dont seem to understand what patriarchal actually means. Regurgitating what youve been brainwashed to believe isnt thinking for yourself. There are good people and bad people. Stop adding to the segregation by labeling everything and spreading hate. This is so infuriating because I know most of you that think this way are going to be alone at 40.
@The Fairy Thotmother feminism isnt supposed to be about having sex without consequences. Getting pregnant is a natural consequence of having sex. While I dont believe our governments should have a say in what we do with our bodies, we also can make much better decisions than modern women tend to make. We know as women we will end up with the physical affects a pregnancy may bring and sometimes even soley care for the child that results. So why do modern women put themselves in those positions to end up pregnant in the first place? I know my position isnt a popular one but men have it terrible in our society. Check out Norah Vincent's story about how she was a hardcore feminist who believed in the patriarchy and decided to become a man for 2 years to prove hpw easy they had it....she proved herself wrong and was so traumatized and depressed by her experience she took her own life....we have to stop blaming eachother all the time....divided we fall. The mainstream media shows us a totally unattainable ideal of what an attractive woman looks like, but we as women dont have to worship the botox and bbl's either...we can rise against it and take back our honour as women. That would be a nice change.

So? Why is that a problem?
