How do I connect a subtopic into two topics? for example, connect analyst1 into CFO and CTO?

One way might be to create another "Analyst1" below CTO - then it would be up to you or your org to recognize that the same name in 2 places means it's a shared resource / position. Otherwise you might have to manually connect it after finishing the org chart with an arrow.
