VW T25 / T3 Heater Blower Complete Repair + Panel Repaint

My VW T25 / T3 heater blower complete repair and at the same time I sent my instrument cluster panel for a repaint (powder coating).
Winter has started and my daily runner's heater box has failed, no heat during winter is a really big problem.
Interior blower part number DDW013TT - 30 eur.
Powder coating (JSC lankstineta) 25 eur,
+ a day of labour.

What was the rubber seal material that you used? Thanks for this video made it look easy 😉

I was using some kind of construction sound isolation tape, self-adhesive. Bought it in a local supply shop (like Bunnings) cheap and effective. Three heater blowers have already been fixed with this solution.

How did you connect the two halves of the blower motor box back together?
