FYI - Go westy sells a rear heater valve, I replaced mine and also new heater hoses. Mine had been leaking based on the white corrosion I saw. You might want to get the front heater valve too.
Have you tried closing off the coolant to the rear heater with the valve lever? Most folks will tell you that you shold position your furnace's exhaust towards the drivers side so the fumes don't go inside when the slider is open during use. Nice sense of accomplishment getting that job done, well done!!
I tried it. It slowed it down but it’s still dripping out. I bought the GoWesty delete kit and I’m going to remove all of it for the extra storage I’m losing from the diesel heater. I’ll take a look at pointing it the other way. I didn’t think I would use the heater unless I was already in it.
Start my diesel heater install today. Thanks for this video!
Good luck! 👍
Oh woah I need to try that on my van!!
Totally worth it!
Congrats on getting the heater installed and working.
Thanks 👍

Thanks! I’ll look into the front heater valve. I removed the rear heater and its hoses in this video: ruclips.net/video/ziTUXkVS3qU/видео.html
Time for a cleaning the garage Timelapse vlog😂
It’s a disaster right now 😅

you got instructions ? My manual only talks about the remote control unit.
Rip that rear heater out my man
Yup did that in the next video or so. Cleared up a lot of space and took a shower in coolant!
