- In this episode we're doing some offshore kayak fishing with a new group of clients at Los Buzos Resort in Panama, and the action is on fire like usual. Us guides are grocery shopping for meat fish while the clients go to battle with monster trophy species from little plastic boats. I bet it's frustrating seeing clients almost kill fish for a few extra pictures
The best part of this video (( HANDS DOWN )) , was the video of the Sail Fish thrashing right in front of the guy who hooked it up !!! Imagine, the ""DREAM OF A LIFETIME"" forever imbedded in his brain forever !!! W O W ! In a Kayak no less INCREDIBLE !

How was/is it?
@@imheretolearn770 It was so sick, just everything from the resort to fishing, just good memories. We also stayed down the beach for a couple days after and that was great.

Those first couple fish are Called bonito. We get them a lot during the spring and summer here in Southern California. They make great ceviche!

That first fish is a Bonito. Different than the Bonita (real name is Little Tunny) in the lines on its back and edibility. Bonit(o) is good to eat and has straight lines on the back. Bonit(a) is not good and has swirls on its back. I've caught a few bonito in Panama. Ate them all no problem. Good ceviche.

It looks like a type of grunt or sweet lips There is also a type of Bermuda chub looking fish that is very tasty but not a Bermuda chub I forgot what the fish is called.

The only problem I have with your videos is they are literally the same as the last video. You should probably pay someone to edit your videos.
