Lower Trunk of brachial plexus is affected here na sir, is this curable ..?

Ulnar nerve is derived from the lower trunk of brachial plexus and hence the injury caused klumpke's paralysis/claw hand deformity. The cure depends upon the degree of injury and in most cases the injury is permanent and it results in permanent deformity as well.
