      Greetings @nainasingh3296, Good to hear from you. And regarding your question: it's not easy to define the solution for this problem as there are a lot of underlying causes that can trigger this condition. Starting from a disc bulge to an injury happened earlier. Apart from that, there is also some contributing factors like body weight, age, occupation, postural stress etc. I can give you a suggestion only after a thorough understanding of all these facts and medical history of the patient. You may mail the details to me and looking forward to have a discussion over the same. Email: manukrishnank91@gmail.com Regards Dr.Manu krishnan.K Founder: Proanatomy

    If you turn the stapes upside down with 2 limbs anterior and Posterior upside down would the middle part be solid or would it be open to see thru up to the head of the stapes? Just always wondering and never got to see the stapes upside down. I watched the surgeon take the stapes disconnect to the incus and they take out the part with the 2 limbs I was praying 🙏 that they would have it turned over when they take it out but unfortunately I never get to see it upside while they take it out from the ear. I would appreciate it very much if you could please 🙏when you get time and answer this question. Thank you for your time and service 🙏

      Greetings, Hope you are in good health and spirits. I have gone through your question. It needs some clarifications, are you looking forward to know more about the functional aspect of the ear ossicles(stapes in particular) or a combined functionality of round and oval window. Please specify. Regards Dr.Manu krishnan.K Founder: Proanatomy

      I am asking on the Stapes, if you take it and turn it around for the head of the stapes are on the ground ok and basically when you look at the stapes from the bottom. OK is the middle part of the stapes is it a solid opening or is it an opening that you can look down towards the head of the stapes. I wish I could show you what I mean. You see where the head of the stapes is connected right, ok it you look at the stapes from the inside of the stapes is there an opening of the stapes that you can see to the head of the stapes or is it a solid where there is no opening?

      @proanatomy I left a message below so I wish I can show you what I mean. If you are looking at the stapes where it's connected the head of the stapes that connected ok if it was disconnected from the incus ok if you look at the stapes from the inside of the stapes is the middle part open so you can see thru it towards the head or is it a solid piece. Also, is there a way there is a way to actually show a inner hair or outter hair instead of a drawing is there somewhere you can actually see what it actually looks like? One last thing I know it sounds weird but I love seeing the round window reflex like I wish you could do a video showing the round window moving from when someone is pressing down on the footplate or something to make the round window move in and out. Anyway, thank you very much for your response. I just wanted to know about the stapes. like if you are looking at the stapes like ⬆️ if you turn it upside down like this ⬇️ just wondering if the middle of the stapes be solid where you can't see thru to the head or is there a opening to the stapes to see thru it to the head of the stapes. I pray that you 🙏 understand 🙏 I'm sorry for bothering you or asking I just always wondering about that

    • @proanatomy
      @proanatomy 2 месяца назад

      Greetings, Sure the middle of the stapes as you mentioned is a see through hollow. But the head of the stapes is not having a space to see through it. Regards Dr.Manu krishnan.K Founder: Proanatomy

  • @tcmichigan8066
    @tcmichigan8066 2 месяца назад

    Was wondering if the stapes was turned upside down would you be able to see the open in the middle or would it be solid? Like would the middle be open to see up to the head like can you see a opening or is it solid? Also I love watching when the round window move from when the stapes footplate get touched then the round window moves like a reflex of the round window. I know I sound weird but I like watching that. Thank you for sharing this video. If you can find the answer to question above I definitely definitely definitely would appreciate it very much. Thank you for your time and service 🙏

    Mild central disk protrusion seen involving c6-c7 disk causing mild ventral thecal sac indentation Age 20 having pain on one left side with tinnitus, little numbness, and tingling since 4 years

    • @proanatomy
      @proanatomy 3 месяца назад

      Greetings @thespandilizer6562, From the report, it is evident that the pressure on meningeal covering is causing most of your symptoms. But considering your age, I strongly feel like there will be a good improvement from the condition if you focus on neck muscle strengthening exercises. It's a must that you should be choosing the exercises only after a consultation with a physiotherapist. And also focus more on your lifestyle and diet which is also found to have an effect over the recovery. Regards Dr.Manu Krishnan.K Founder: Proanatomy

    Hello Doctor, I am young 34 & having the lower back pain with sciatica symptoms from back to knee on the right side from last 2+ years. Hanging on the bar & some icing is helping when having an episodes but have this nagging pain on a regular basis. I just got the MRI results : “L4-L5: The disc is unremarkable. There are mild facet joint degenerative changes. Mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. No spinal canal stenosis” my doctor is recommending either epidural or oral steroids to start with. Wanted to understand if this is curable without surgery and what are my options
