It may be due to the following reasons: #wrong posture #sedentary lifestyle #a sudden weight gain #injuries to back #non ergonomic work enviornment #wrong sitting posture #Calcium and Vitamin D3 deficiencies #lack of proper nutrition All these factors can contribute to the development of disc dessication. Hence it is very important to identify the reasons and avoid them. And meanwhile starting with postural stress management programmes and posture correction exercises. Sir, my father is suffering from lung cancer. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy were completed in nov 2022. He is better after that but since 15 April, he is facing weakness in legs and now unable to even stand for 02 second. His legs automatically bends . In MRI report of 25 April 2023, disc desiccation changes are seen at D5-D6, D6-D7 & D7-D8. And Disc desiccation changes at lumber spine L3-L4 & L4-L5... Please guide sir for treatment .
