They are actually really good friends off the court. Rafa has done a couple of charity match to help with Roger Foundation in the past.
Nadal is so straight forward in his interviews. His basic mantra is "what happened the week before, happened. Now we are here today." It is obvious he does not look back with regret but only forward with a mind to improve. This is just part of what makes him a Champion. He is One Of The Greatest Of All T-I-M-E. This is Nadal. Some people don't realise what an amazing achievement it is for Rafa to win 12 Roland Garros... It's not just Roland Garros itself, it's the weeks leading up to Roland Garros. Within 8 weeks (Mid April - start of June), there's Monte-Carlo 1000 (11), Barcelona 500 (11), Madrid 1000 (5), and Rome 1000 (9), 4 massive events leading up to Roland Garros (12) with only 2 weeks rest. US Open is the next toughest, with 2x1000 events and 1x 500 event leading up to the tournament. Whereas Australian Open and Wimbledon there are only 250 events leading up to the slams.
So Roland Garros itself not only is it toughest to win physically and mentally, there's also the challenge of massive tournaments leading up to it

Still rafa, novak and roger, the big three is wining almost all the titles. The young guys are not up to the mark. They r good but still not good enough to beat these big three. On the other hand rafa, novak, roger started to beat big players regularly at an early age.
Rafa, Roger and Novak locked out a generation of champions. I mean most players have retired by their age. Butthey not only continue to play, they continue to win. Most champions of the sport have won their first title by about 22-25 (Stan being an exception). The next generation will not have the chance to repeat the feats of the big three because to do that you have to start winning in your early 20s. Many of them are in their late 20s without a major to their name.

Jeffrey Kaufmann fed has always maintained his lead of 3 on nadal, as far novak is considered that is a different story. Fed has won the most us open and wimbledon and I don't think Anyone is going to break that record
