Thanks for making these videos. I’ve been working on a design for a 3d printed bush plane and have been having issues keeping my weight down low enough for the payload I want. Custom infill will definitely do the trick.
At ~9:00 if you get a zero thickness geometry error in the extruded cut, move the grid (solid body) by 0,1mm in the x direction using the Insert > Features > Move/Copy command.
Really interesting to see, so similar to what Barnes Wallis did on the structure of the R101 derigable and the Vickers Wellington bomber.

First time I see non-circular lightening holes in the ribs!
You won't have to worry about bridging or weak points when you use a circular hole.

Cura removed that option from latest version 4.8 (use model as infill) - did you manage to make it work?
install cura 4.0.0. It can also be installed in parallel with your current version of cura with no conflicts.
