    Why do you rev it up and slow it down? Should'nt it run at wide open throttle all the time while working?

      easier on the torque converter. It's like an old dozer. Not a hydrostatic

      ​@@myselfremadeI have what looks like the exact same machine. I need to purchase an operations manual I suppose. I thought for sure you run them wide open and shift the transmission at full throttle. Otherwise it would be a bit inconvenient constantly moving that throttle lever to the right of the shift lever. Does it really hurt anything to shift at full throttle?

      @@Joe-db5hz They are built really tough, but it is pretty standard across the industry to slow down before reversing.

      @@myselfremade quite surprised! 2 yo video with no comments, never expected an answer.
      I have 9 acres in Maine, a long way from everywhere.
      Never seen a rake mounted on track loader.
      Great video. Will check out your channel.

      @@johnparkhurst825 😂 I'm afraid it wouldn't be worth the trucking to move it to Maine, hahaha. Probably cheaper for you to just buy a loader in your state.
      The rake came off a D7. I made some hooks and adapted it to the loader bucket. Works great but is very heavy
