I did therapy for years and thought it was a complete waste of time. I legitimately don't feel it did anything for me and I just wasted a bunch of money on people who get paid to care about what you say. It's cool if it helps some people but it's just weird imo. There's no cure to life
lol. Talking to people and expressing yourself, to someone who is truly listening is helpful. You don’t have to pay for that. You paid for a stranger to listen to you lol. I did it for a few years, and it helped me, but now I just talk to a friend or my brother. Same shit.
