The Discard with my Narcissist Ex ⚠️ Trigger Warning

This video is the real life ending of my 9 month relationship with my narcissist ex boyfriend.
This is my most vulnerable post yet as it shows and reveals so many dark truths of the human psyche and what so many people endure behind closed doors every day and stay in silence.
Knowing how narcissistic relationships work, as I’ve been in a few, I felt the need to record myself as I felt like I needed to protect myself. I’m glad I did.
This is for educational purposes to showcase what emotional, mental, verbal, psychological, financial/physical abuse looks like.
No one should have to endure feeling unsafe when expressing their boundaries and needs.
I find the most frequent experience I had with him is how often I had to stand up for myself against his words, choices and decisions.
Words are one thing but what actions say is the true resonance of who a person really is.
