Welcome, wild ones. I'm Anahata. A Mother, an artist and a deeply connected woman to the nuance of life.
I started this channel to explore past my comforts of expressing my experiences in dealing with narcissistic abuse with family and relationships, surviving child se*ual traumas and religious dogma. The years of uprooting generational dysfunction and abuse has led me into my dharma; to write, to speak and alchemize the suffering and pain I endured.
The healing journey is not for the faint of heart and requires vulnerability and a radical self-trust. Please listen to my content with discernment as my stories can be triggering.
I started my podcast, The Burning Truth, to share my experiences of a darkness that carried through my lineage that I have chosen to break, with the intention of healing my inner child, my lineage and to embody the mother I need to be for the sake of my children's well-being.

This is my most vulnerable post yet as it shows and reveals so many dark truths of the human psyche and what so many people endure behind closed doors every day and stay in silence.

Right but something about many of us continues to attract them and attract us to them. That’s more of where I am focusing. It’s easy to point the finger at someone and call them dark but all of us have dark. It’s about recognizing our own dark and how it keeps us entangled with a low vibrational paradigm.

Sounds to me like the sugar daddy needs to go. Sacrifices can be made with the intent of creating freedom for yourself. It can be very hard to trust and surrender from where we may feel safe and comfortable. Growth requires discomfort. 💚
