    Does Honeybook have a lead generation or is it just leads random searches.

      HoneyBook's Contact Forms are where you can create a public form to capture your leads. You can embed the form on your website, put it at the link in bio, or send it directly to people. But HoneyBook is not an email marketing platform. So your lead generation is done separately, then HoneyBook captures the leads that officially inquire. I hope that helps ☺

    What if I am a Promotional Products manufacturer? Does the invoicing allow for style name size color quantities etc

      You can add that to the description of the item, but it is not a dropdown option, If you're selling a bulk amount of products, then I don't think HoneyBook would be the best option for this.

    Thank you for sharing this info! I always stumble on the proposal and contract. I am glad you explained it. I have a question with the contract. How do you make changes and save it? Each contract I use have grammar errors which I fixed at least 10 times. Please help.

      I am glad the video was helpful! :) So when you edit a contract in the Templates section, it should autosave each time. When you're creating a contract for a new client, you then want to make sure that you are creating it by "Start from a template" NOT "Start from a recent Proposal". If you're doing all of those steps and it is still not working it may be a glitch in your account and in that case I would recommend reaching out to the HoneyBook Help Desk in the bottom right corner of your screen.

    Thanks for video! Question - is there anyway to have a team member (someone who has their own scheduling calendar) but not allow them to see your templates?

      I am glad it was helpful! Right now that is not available. Team members have access to everyone's templates, but hopefully in the future permissions will get more robust!

    Hi!! This is my favorite Honeybook video. What if the call is the service itself? Can they pay when they book the "discovery call" in or from the email? Thanks !

      Thank you for the kind feedback! I am so happy the video was helpful. Right now HoneyBook does not have the ability to pay and be lead to a scheduler. BUT what you can do is after sending a proposal or invoice, attach an automation that triggers "When first payment is made" that sends an email with the call link for them to book. Let me know if that makes sense!

      I wonder if I could instead attach or add a link to an invoice after they have booked a meeting?
      Could I add the invoice for them to pay in the meeting confirmation email?

      @@casade2831 unfortunately you can't do something that advanced with schedulers currently. I believe they are currently working on their scheduler ability so hopefully this is something we can do in the near future!

      So sorry it took so long for me to respond.
      I’m starting a flatbed trailer rental business.
      I’m trying to figure out how to accept a refundable security deposits and how do I accept credit cards.
      I’ve been watching a lot of RUclips videos and I really like Honeybooks. But I’m not sure it’s the right fit for me
      Do you think it would work?

      @@MrRtf14 you can definitely accept security deposits and refund them with HoneyBook! My concern with it is if you have a higher volume of trailers eventually, it might be best to find a platform that tracks inventory and that people can just quickly select and rental and checkout all at the same time. Kind of like how uhaul does it.
