Love all the updates and I'm sooo excited. I have a question regarding tasks lists. Is there a way to create a task list template and apply it to a project so I don't have to recreate the task list for each project? As a photographer I have a set list of tasks for each client and would love to streamline this. Thanks!
Yayyy! I am excited for all that is coming as well! Yes, definitely. So what you can do is have an automation template that has standard tasks with due dates based on the project date or other date factors. That way when you apply the automation, it adds all the tasks to your to do list.
When will these features start?
They have started rolling out already! They should be dripping out to all users over the coming months.
I don't understand why I do not get the features you are talking about on my dashboard?
Do I need to upgrade to the highest tier of membership?
Which features are excluded from the middle level?
So the features I am going through in the video you may not have access to yet! I get first access because I am a HoneyBook Pro, but these features will drip out to all members in the coming months.
Hi, I love your video. Thank you for being so detailed and informative. These updates have been great but a definite learning curve. One question with the automation. Curious how you would set it up when a retainer is needed to secure, not a contract. I set up a proposal automation once the call is scheduled, and when the client pays the deposit the automation changes stage to 1 first payment received when that isn't the field I put in the automation. Dont know if there is a workaround you may suggest? Also, with the new late fee feature, is the only option 30 days? I would like this to be 7 days from when the invoice is sent. Thank you for any help or guidance.-Athena

You can change the new Pipeline Automations, to have a Pipeline Stage called "Retainer Clients" or just "Clients" and when the first payment is made, it changes the stage to that one. Also, right now late fees are only 30 days, but I bet in the future you will be able to customize this. Hope that helps!!
Do you think that honeybook is suited for interior designers?
I see that most designers use dubsado, but I just love the UX of honeybook.
I'm debating what to start building on.

Are all of the features available for Italy also? Like the payments? Also, do you have a video on how the calendar works? I'd love to use this platform if it has something like Motion does for the tasks.
Currently, they only available in North America (US and US outlying territories and Canada) due to requiring all members to have a USD or CAD bank account and SSN... Hi. I love Honey Book, but I have few diferent products and they have different pipeline. It would be great if I can create different pipelines for each of them. So for now I will try to find something else. Please tag me if they will change it. I like their interface! Thank you for the video!
Unfortunately right now you can only have one pipeline. I recommend creating custom stages to reflect ALL services if possible. For example: we have different services at DL but we have the main stages once they book as Retainer Paid, Implementation, Support Phase, Complete. Then we track all of our granular tasks for those stages in our PM tool ClickUp. Hope that helps! 😀
Do you know if there is a way to track inventory with Honeybook with the quick books integration?
Currently I do not believe this is possible. The Quickbooks integration is more for projects booked in HB creating invoices and payments in QB. 😊
Hello! New here! I’m having an issue getting honeybook to include the money I got paid through checks. I put the flier as paid but they don’t show it in my income for the year. Is there a way to fix that?

Hey Stephanie! HoneyBook releases new features to people at different times, so my HB screen may not always look the same as someone elses. 😊
Is csv export possible on honeybook ??
