No they don't great question. All you have to do is setup a subaccount for their business, connect "integrate" Google Business Profile so GHL know when reviews are received and your client can use the LeadConnector mobile app to login to their account and send reviews manually or you can use workflow in GHL to do it automatically. You can then setup ai to respond to all reviews and charge hte client for this service without thewm every using the crm system. Thanks for watching.
If u want to automate it, you can have a workflow automatically send a review funnel 1 or 2 hrs after appointment ends. Or have the client add a tag to the client in LC after the appointment that triggers the review funnel
I am confused on the missed call back text back with ai. So we get a new phone number from high level then register it taking any where from 10-15 day. But what about the current business phone number and all their platforms with their own phone number? I have been binge watching your RUclips channel for like two days.
I was confused also until I found out the new number will forward to their old number or any number they want and even if they have numbers on their trucks it should not cost much to put new vinyl or paint with the new number. The only question I have is will their SEO or GBP be affected if they don’t change all their citations with NAP (name address phone number)? Maybe Ray will chime in.

The existing number stays in place but what you want to do is change all public facing phone number to the ghl number so you can track new calls and use the mctb feature and automation. Older existing customer can still call the existing number for the business but you want to track new customer not old or existing ones. Hope this helps.
