OMG our washing machine died on us and it took two months for a replacement because of supply chain drama. I had to do so much laundry manually. I ended up buying this like laundry stick agitator to help get it all sudsy. You have my complete sympathy.
It‘s so funny: you don‘t need any make-up! Lucky you. You actually look better with no make-up!
Good on you for doing your own laundry by hand, I don’t know what I’d do if I couldn’t use my washing machine! 😅
On the subject of books. I am audio book crazy. I completely immerse myself in books that way, especially with noise cancelation on my AirPods 👏🏼 🎧

What a bummer about the water heater! Just curious, in the UAE is it customary for landlords to provide compensation (like partial refund of a month's rent, paying for your laundry to be sent to a wash and fold, etc) for an issue like this?
Hope you weren't flying last night ( of 13th) when there had to be a lot of rerouting. And hope you have a new water heater by now!
Hi Sophie, how's it going? how's the water drama? Hope you're 0:01 water heater is fixed and water in leaking anymore. Obviously water is essential in the house, without water no chores, laundry shower, even toilets flushing would be a chaos. Hope everything in your apartment is perfect and water is not a problem anymore. We're winners and problems the losers.
