As somebody in recovery, I’m genuinely so proud of you for recognising the warning signs. I didn’t until it was almost too late so honestly, you should be really proud of yourself! (Please don’t think I’m being patronising. Ive watched you for years and hand on my heart, I did start to worry over certain comments you would make about calories etc)
Thank you for your kind words. I have had ED in the past so I knew some of the signs to look out for, which is why at the begining I was in control of it more but I knew at this point it had gotten to far and if I didnt stop I knew what was going to happen again. 🤍

Sometimes self care means just resting and being nice to yourself. It's great you recognized you needed a respite from the gym. Sending prayers for your test results and strength for you. You're stronger than you feel.
I love the way you are open to any topic Sophie whether it's your health or your exercise routine even if it's good or bad!! I'm glad u realized that you have to be less strict with yourself one in a while and just take it easy for a week and enjoy a treat or 2😊

You know you better than anyone else so some ‘down time’ off the food/gym regime is a great idea. I spent years going to different diet clubs and know I can get a little too ‘obsessed’ (as my friend would have said) so now do my own thing food wise and feel so much better for it - I’m accountable to no one but myself. I hope your results don’t take too long - feels like the waiting can be just as bad - I have everything crossed for you.

Also, what an awesome flight being able to watch the rugby on the passengers' screens 😁 I can just imagine what the atmosphere must have been like at the end!

serious question: we think about treating cin3 and the cervix. but what about the throat/mouth??? we would also have it there!! and it causes cancer in throat and theres no tests for that!!!!!
You can get checked for throat and mouth cancer. Unfortunately it happened in my family which we was able to find more the worst
