I actually do have connections, I know a very popular band called skillet. I would still have no way to just easily “meet” these insanely popular bands and artists.
That second verse is tricky as hell. You have to mantain a steady shuffle with your leading hand and with the other you have to keep playing those quads in the floor tom. And later the first hit in the quads is in the hi hat. It's just very tricky to play it correctly.

Tbh there isn't much in this song that showcases his true skills. This song is relatively easy (I could play it and I wouldn't consider myself an advanced drummer). The drummer in this video is probably sooo much better than what the song allows him to show.
