BMW F800ST Gear sensor repair and fix help.

If the neutral gear no longer shows in display and bike cuts out its likely the gear sensor is worn or dammaged. Could be lufky and be a dirty connection.

Thanks for your video, very helpful! My F800 GS had the same issue yesterday, no neutral gear, couldn’t start the bike. Cleaned up the gear sensor with electronic cleaner, put it back on and no more problems. Thanks a lot. 😊

Think they were torqs socket type, ot sure as I cant recall im affraid.
