No its being real with yourself. Dyieng your hair is just covering the grey and trying to beat the clock and trying to reclaim your youth. No hair dye on this planet, can remove wrinkles which are the true signs of aging not a hair color!!!
I am completely silver as well and I too always think using the word Brave seems odd too! Plus I think grey hair is beautiful!!! No bravery involved here… not lazy either!! I just define beauty for myself!
Exactly! They look real silly with their dyed hair.... A lot of women actually look younger once they stop dying and let their hair go natural. And ALL look prettier with their natural color. Just my opinion! Cheers!
Hair dye has been linked to brain cancer, bladder cancer and kidney cancer. And those are only the ones I've heard about. I've also heard hair dye has over 5000 cancer causing chemicals in it. So no it's not lazy! It's healthy and smart not to be tied to the dye. Plus grey, silver, and white hair looks so gorgeous on women!
I started growing out my grey hair when I was 43 and I’m 45 now. This choice and this look are NOT lazy and I’m ashamed to hear someone say that. Especially someone that other people view and listen to. My grey hair is FABULOUS and it isn’t a lazy choice or decision. I take take more precautions with my hair now because I know it can be more delicate and needs a special kind of attention than it did before. So for this hostess that said lazy please rethink your statement! Be proud of your choice. Don’t shame it or those of us that have chosen to be BRAVE and go against society’s standards and degrading comments towards women who choose to be beautiful and natural. As far SJP she may not care enough to cover hers up but I however care enough not to keep putting chemicals on my skin and in my hair that irritate it amongst other things. I also care enough to LOVE who I am naturally as well as encourage and support other women who have made the same choice. SJP and the Hostess have platforms that give them the ability to be great role models and advocates for all women making the choice to be naturally grey and yet they mock it which is very disappointing.
Then get over yourself. She said SHE was being lazy...NOT everyone who goes gray is lazy PLUS she was also just being fun and lighthearted. You know why I'm going to let myself go gray?.....because I'm too LAZY for the monthly trips to the salon! In other words, speak only for yourself and let others speak for themselves without your snout looking down on them
I feel sorry for the lady who had the gray hair. Everyone else kind of took over the “conversation “. It’s disappointing when talk shows have these conversations about women embracing their natural gray hair. They never talk about how when men go gray they look distinguished. They are not called brave. They only show older women who have gone gray they don’t highlight the younger women who have made the choice to ditch the dye. The reason i ditched is 1) because my kids encouraged me 2) i saw women of all ages on IG who were gorgeous with gray hair. Can we have actual conversations about this topic and encourage other women who are thinking about going gray. I don’t think this conversation was very encouraging.
Everyone can pull grey off because grey hair is N A T U R A L. I think younger women need to see older generations of women to Embrace Natural Grey hair There’s so much shame tied into it :/ Which is ironic because Going grey is Natural. It’s Humbling. It shows people your Age and in a world/culture where Youth is being Praised ….. with trying not to have wrinkles, botox plastic surgery… boobs and butt done…..going Grey has become Revolutionary…..
Well, unfortunately you can't stop the aging process. Especially someone in the acting Industry who lack sleep 💤 and are constantly working. People are so shallow thinking they will not get old someday none of us are immune! SMH!

I love mine too!
You should go back!!!
These women speak like 11 year olds. This is not a show to spend time hearing. Good lord

I'm an older woman and these shows make me cringe so hard. 🙄
It’s not brave !! It’s smart and healthy!!
It really is much healthier, dye is horrible for you.

God forbid people actually age gracefully !
I've seen older ladies with obviously dyed hair and after a certain age it just looks silly (they're not fooling anyone).

I went gray. 3 years dye-free ❤
What do you mean by can everyone pull this off? The choice is up to the individual.
“Going gray” umm no more like going [insert color] to cover up the grays that are inevitable and part of the aging process in life lol
Gray hair is natural and healthy! Go for it ladies!
Its not!!! Dont believe the non-bleachers!!!

I'm sick of dye, I just became a gramma, and I'm lazy so gray for me! 😆

I think this really depends on how your hair goes grey. Mine is very patchy and looks horrible. I’ll definitely be covering it for years
I am with Melissa. To the grave just like my mama.
Never has been anything attractive about SJP....so what difference would going grey make.
What a mean thing to say. Bet your no oil painting yourself.
How mean 😪
