My dad. Broke his neck at first and second vertebrae they tried letting it grow back with stretching tools but had to resort to a piece of his leg bone to tie it together. He had to wear a full body cast for 6months.
I was planning to do a buzz cut on my own and not drive 30 minutes to go do it, thank you for the easy step by step. 👍

This is a much simpler method. Very useful in today's pandemic. Low maintenance hair is also essential. Time and money saver.

Thank you... so simple and straightforward. tldr; 2 clip w/ short on top, 1 clip w/short on side, 1 clip w/long on fade(rim area of head between the side and top of head).
0 sides 1 on top is going to look sweet - keep up the good work man!

I'm gonna hop on here and say that I think the #2 buzzcut w/ beard suits you extremely well. I think I might prefer that look for you even over the long bangs w/faded sides and back. Also, I took the plunge and decided to buy a set of Wahl's thanks to your haircut videos. Thank you for inspiring me to be a DIYer and for being the spark that is ultimately going to save me thousands of dollars over my lifetime

I like the fade with the buzz cut . It looks better than adlhl one length. The zero or bald fade will look more like the high n tight. It would look good on you too.
i also had a c1/c2 fusion and wore a halo brace for 3 months. i always get asked about it when i get a haircut. as soon as you did a 360 i recognised it immediately then noticed the scars on your forehead lol.
We can definitely empathize with each other. Funny how that works, I spot those scars really quick as well when out in public hahah Most of the time I strike up a conversation about it. Cheers to you and your health my friend.

The cut is extremely good. I'm very bad at shaving my head and I don't have the lever in my clippers so I cannot fade anything lol. But I decided that my choppy shaved head is a new "avant-garde" look lol. Remember this my dudes, some day high fashion shows will show their super models with choppy ass shaved heads like mine jajajajaja.
I don't care what people think i want a buzz cut I'm gonna try this.
I think it looks great! I’d definitely recommend that you trim up the beard a little bit, and possibly go shorter on the hair (maybe even shave it bald with a razor, lol).
My opinion! The two(2) guard all the way around look good. But when you used the tapper look all around it made the buzz cut pop. I like the look 🤙🏾

Love the videos, Dan. The one suits you really well. I personally liked your beard when you had it trimmed and I think that combined with a skin fade would look really tidy especially as Summer is just around the corner. Just personal preference and I am aware everyone's is different. Keep up the good videos!

The fade on the left side of your head was about a half inch higher than the right side of your head. But other than that it was a good job! Definitely wanting to buzz my hair and start cutting it myself regularly. Sick of paying for haircuts just for it to grow back when I could just buy some clippers and save money in the long run.

You have nice hair. Its black or dark brown. Mine is dark brown. I cut my hair with the 4mm guard or 5mm. Then i use zero. Back n sides. I stopped shaving my head my mom told me that my hair wont grow back right. I only do it when its hot out or cancer awareness month in October. Im going to try a crew cut. I would use a 5mm on top then 1mm on sides and back or 0 zero. I have a scar too its from neck surgery in 2008 i was 12 years old now im 24. So i have RUclips friends your one of them Daniel.

The cut looks awesome but definitely trim up the beard a little, it’s starting to look a little wild.
No lever adjust only a simple one guard cut.

I don't think it's too short to do a fade but it depends on how drastic you want it to look. Personally I think what you're wanting to do would look awesome 👌🏻

Sorry for not being more specific, when you mention 1 with guard I'm looking for the equivalent size wise. I dont have the guard just a ton of different attachments. So if 1 with (w) guard is say 1 and 1/3. I can find the right size on my set. Thank you for your reply. Did a 3 on top 2 sides 1 faded...not bad. The end result was not that bad. Maybe another fade at top in order to have alittle more volume at top. None the less it was great

I can't comment on this. Not because I don't like it. I can't be mad at you about this at all anymore because over the weekend I ended up cutting practically all of my own hair off.

@@danzbeard I threw you off balance for a second there didn't I ? Had to do it. Hair was completely fried. Nothing was going to fix it. Back and sides are about a quarter inch long. Tops at about a half inch maybe three quarters. Almost did a quarter of an inch all over. I just couldn't do it.
