Aaron’s deck was silly. I need more of Jim’s deck in my life
I think ghostly touch gives Blim the ability, so Sean should be the one to chose targets for the tap and untap.
I had to check out the rules, but the aura gives the Blim the ability, so the "you" in the text refers to Blim's controller.
Usually that is the case with auras whereas equipments generally have the ability on the equipment itself.
Umezawa's Jitte should've fallen off, right? One side has Living Metal, which is NOT a creature on other people's turns right?
correct spefically it should of fallen off in jims upkeep as thats when priority would next be checked while it wasnt a creature
I know there was a lot going on so it makes sense that it was messed up but Teshar only returns creatures from the graveyard to the battlefield not artifacts like the welding jar and the implement.
They misunderstood how Ghostly Touch grants abilities. It should be enchanted creature's controller who gets to untap or tap a permanent. 😅
27:10 I believe the Possibility Storm would still stop at Darksteel Citadel even if you can't cast it.

Master class from Aaron as usual, nice match despite the caos, would love to see more of Jim's deck in the future, he is such a unique deck builder
Really liked the "I've never seen that card before" aspect of these decks. Crenellated Wall and other weird walls, Possibility Storm and other weird donated cards, all the dinky artifacts that tore through Aaron's deck... good stuff.
However, the jumps in editing were hard to parse in this game. Stuff is complicated and you gotta edit it, I understand, but I would have loved quick voiceovers explaining the off-camera shenanigans. It doesn't help that Aaron is sometimes a little hard to understand (not sure if that's him or the mics), which combined with shortcuts + complicated interactions + edited-out portions + a small number of rules mistakes (it happens!) made the last third pretty tough.
Sean is a great addition and I'm not just saying that as a fellow Blim Enjoyer

16:32 ghostly touch gives that trait to the creature therefore blim controller gets to tap or untap something not the contoller of ghostly touch
I believe scrabbling claws needs to target a card in a graveyard to sacrifice itself

How does casting Wayfarer's Bauble return a Welding Jar with Teshar??
I don't get the idea of having Archfiend of the Dross in Blim Deck. Let's assume, you donate him and then he successfully kills an opponent with his no counters ability. But then he returns to you and kills you. And two other players just look at you two and say: "What a lovely day".
This card makes sense in 1vs1 commander where after opponent loses you win, but here it is a suicide card. Fortunately, in this game he was killed by Blasphemous Act.
at 7:42 are you able to sac the scrabbling claws without selecting which card to exile from a graveyard? its only legal target will be itself in the graveyard right?
This was my question as well. It doesn't say up to, so you have to choose something, and it sacs as a cost so it's in the graveyard before it targets, which makes think it should be gone
You have to have a target in the graveyard before you can activate the ability and sac the claws as a cost. So with nothing in the graveyard you can't activate the ability.

Teshar returns creatures not artifacts. Unless I'm missing something. But they're still solid in a Ratchet deck.
Someone tell jim he can't sacrifice mimic vat creatures. It makes a token thats a copy of the imprinted card, so it can't be sacrificed to geralf.
If i sw Aarons deck in action at a card store id sideboard in as much artifact hate as i could find
Sean's play was getting out Lich's Mastery and giving it to Aaron. Yes he would draw cards, but Sean could have blackmailed Aaron into keeping him alive as the controller of Lich's Mastery puts the lose game trigger on the stack if it's owner is killed and it leaves the game.
That and Aaron probably would have decked himself

Umezawa's Jitte should have fallen off during turn 9 and he wouldn't have been able to do the combat trick.
The "combat trick" was gaining life, which you can do even if Jitte isn't equipped to anything.

I believe it was on the ambulance side so its just a vehicle unless its aarons turn
