I have always wanted one so i can get the proper training i need. My family members either have trouble throwing the ball due to physical injury or do not have the time, so getting one of these would really help. I love my family, and they are trying their best to get me the practice that i need, and this can really help, so thank you for showing me this.

i have one. it takes a while to set up. the interlocking pieces buttons are hard to press into and i need cleavers to do it. the pipes also requires WD40 oil to slip in and out. its a great product if you keep it in your large backyard to keep it there permanently (i do not have by the way) but can be quite difficult to transport to fields unless you have a pick up truck, which again i do not. I have a large SUV (acura MDX) but it does not fit into the back. i have to take the rebounder apart to fit in my SUV and then reassemble at the field, which takes a while. do i recommend it? it really depends on the vehicle you drive and the space you have to practice with.

Can you use this for volleyball training?

I'm not sure to be honest. I'd say yes, but you'd have to prop it on a wall as it would need more support probably. I think the net could handle it, but the weight of the volleyball would be the concern.

Yeah, I’ve used it for basketballs which is far heavier and it handles it just fine
