Thanks Antonelli! Once again. Making the important things seem easy to teach. Thanks from all the Dads working with their own kids in the basement.

Hey thank you very much for the video. It helped me a lot as a 14-year-old who is trying to make it to the league myself.

Thanks a lot for all the videos that you put out, it helped me a lot with my coaching. Do you have a video to teach how to throw a ball, all the mechanics and stuff, i tried to find something about it with the search section but couldn't find one. I have 2-3 kids this year who never played baseball or are throwing sideway. I will keep searching but if by any chance you have one close it would help me tremendously. Thanks again

Should lefty first basemen time it off the right foot?

Yea for you young players out there I would take his advice but see my primary position is pitching but I did play firstbase as well but if your serious then I would do these drills. But my coach when I was playing youth ball our coach would teach us to creep which means when the pitcher begins his windup you want to start creeping with the balls of your feet. Because that way your moving and like he said not flat footed because you don't want the ball playing you. But also do drills with your butt down and you are fielding grounders with your glove out in front of you and just practice catching the ball. Then work on footwork like he is talking about and transfers from glove to transfer hand. But also my coach would take ping pong paddles and we used them as gloves to field the baseball but that will make your hands quicker as well. But you infielders and even outfielders pretend you are hockey goalies and try not let any ball get passed you
