Christian, you’re the best channel for Lightroom tutorials! You narrow your videos to just one topic. I learn so much from you. Keep it up.

New to digital photography and post-processing. You are my go to for learning and visualizing in LR. Maybe not your cup of tea, but would love to see your take on B&W editing. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much! I do try BW from time to time but so far I'm never really happy with the outcome :D I need some more experience with that!

Christian, Thank you very much for your brilliant presentation! The tree is so beautiful with snow in light. You have made a magnificent inspiration for me!
I just have a litter wondering about Blacks, it is - 46 today, considering Blacks + 3 on the January 20th, Set the perfect white balance with this Lightroom trick, there is a relatively different value for them.

Thank you so much for the kind comment! The reason for differnt Blacks values is the time of the day I shot the two different images. The one where I explained the WB trick was shot shortly before sunrise so I wanted it to be a little softer with the blacks. This image here needed some more punsh as it was shot after sunrise and thus I made the blacks darker

Christian , Thank you very much for your explicit and accurate reply! I am inspired by how you treated sunrise effect. @@ThePhlogPhotography

Hey, how did you get rid of the Grey area in the histogram that is blocking the view onto the color histogram?

Hey thanks for the question, this came up a few times now and I unfortunately have no clue :( I think this must have been a recent LR update, because I didnt actively deactivate or change anything with the Histogram :(
