Christian, that was the B E S T masking tutorial I have ever seen. Congratulations, quite an achievement!
Thank you so much for the kind comment! Very happy you like the video!
Christian, These 15 Lightroom tips are like an intense brainstorm roaring over me, waking me up. I have to admit that I didn’t really catch up with you at the first time, so I am going to make a review once or twice later.
I am focusing on all the beautiful photos that you captured in the sea, in the mountains and in nature, they are so breathtaking and spectacular. There cloud be some amazing stories behind them.
My great thanks to you for your fantastic presentation, for your a lot work behind it, for your explicit and inspiring illustrations.
Thank you very, very much, means a lot to me! Hope the video will help you with editing your photos!
Thank you very much Christian for sharing your knowledge about Lightroom, I thought I knew Lightroom, but I learned a lot by watching your videos. Although I don't speak English, your videos are very well done and still understandable.
Thats so great to hear, thank you very, very much!
Hi Christain, great to see that you incorporated my reflection in water sky tip at the beginning. Another tip that I have never seen you use is uneven radial gradient, by holding the Alt key as you alter the size of the radial gradient it gives you an uneven ellipse. Wouldn’t it be nice to add or subtract an existing mask.
Hey, I wanted to give you a shout out, but I couldn't find the comment anymore :( That was such a great trick, thanks for pointing that out!!
OMG, I love your work and have incorporated it into my photography to bring it to the next level. Thank you for all your work and for teaching us your style.

Great video, thank you - I learn something new with every video you make. :)
I have a question! I have a couple of photos from San Francisco and what SF is known for is fog and a lot of it - have you made a video on how to do masking with a lot of fog to bring out the subjects, I have tried dehaze as a an option when masking but does not do the trick - any tips?
I would like to see how you would solve it? :)
Thank you for commenting!
I actually never worked on an image like that where fog covers the subject, but that would be an interessting thing to test! I will look out for opportunities and will upload a video if I find something useful!
@@ThePhlogPhotography If you find it a interesting Challenge, I can share the “troublemaker” photo with you? 😁
🙏🙏🙏
Wow! They were all great Christian. Two specialy interests me: 8. Mid-Tones Contrast and 11. Dodging & Burning. I would love you to help me in another way. And if you can be simple and concise as you always do. Other videos didn't help me. It's about exporting. I have a Benq monitor. I use Soft Proofing and I simulate Paper & Ink for printing. I'm using Adobe RGB display. When I export the photo, of course it looks flat on an S RGB screen. Is there a way for the pictures to look about the same on both screens? PLEAAAASE!!! I'M DESPERATE
Hey, thanks for the comment! Ohhh I hate everything that has to do with color calibrations on different screens haha :D
So by activating soft proving it simulates how the image will looked like when printed - this will make the photo look more flat and colorless. Have you tried exporting without soft proving active?
Also I always confuse these things, but the common color space for digital stuff is sRGB
I hope I was able to help you a bit here :(
@@ThePhlogPhotography I'm not surprise that you hate this stuff Christian! Thanks for taking the time for me! I'm gonna try your suggestion. What I'm actually trying is to do everything in sRGB now... Continue your great work!
👏
Looking at these tips I'm definitely not using masks enough lol.
