Hi. Just to let you know in case you didn't.
The fridge needs 4-6 inches of breathing room behind it, so the heat can escape up and out. Looks like you're boxing it in.
Maybe cut a rectangle shape hole on the side behind the seat from top to bottom and add a mesh grating so more heat can escape and nobody would see it because it's behind the seat. The van looks great.😎
Good job on that ceiling. It's perfect. You're getting better and better at this.

I hope you're feeling better by the time you read this. Everything is coming along nicely, it looks very cozy and comfortable. Regarding your plumbing set up, it look like you could actually put an access panel in the back of your sink to have easy access to your water jugs without even having to enter your van. Safe travels.

That's dedication. Can't wait to fill those mason jars with some coffee and hit the road

Came out great! How much electricity is your fridge sipping?

I’ve determined that the most consumption is during the initial power on. There’s a large surge during the period where it’s cooling down. And then after it reaches temp it only sips a tiny bit of power. I’ll be running an extension to the fridge for initial power up and then once it reaches temp I’ll switch it to the van battery and hit the road. Still need to do some more formal tests.
