As a Big Ten (MSU - 1988) grad, I found this video impressive indeed. There is something about this smaller scale that feels more intimate, like a summer camp or a collegiate sports team. The honesty with which your alumni speak of failing is also a breath of fresh air. I only know of Hamilton because of a home for sale on Lake Michigan. We were touring it virtually and I saw a blue foam #1 hand in one of the bedrooms that said "Roll Conts!" I was curious enough to Google that expression and found this video. It feels like a secret Ivy League school. But it is one impressive institution. Roll Conts! :)
