Fun fact tho: everyone sucks at MH until they fight Fatalis for the 100th time and finally manage to get a solo clear for the first time. Seriously, the difference in the way I played the game before beating Fatalis, and the way I play it now, is abysmal (I still suck at AT Velkhana anyways lmao).
@@eddieb1995 Many years down the line (and hundreds of hours of hunts later), I really like both Fatalis, Alatreon and ATV. If you know what you're doing, all 3 are very manageable.
@@somebodyanonymous4608 I'm not the guy you were originally talking too but ATV is my favorite fight in the game. Best run being 7m 2secs using my main SnS. Alatreon being 2nd fave, only not 1st cus of the BS flying, then some other monsters, then fatty. He just feels artificially difficult sometimes, as he's massive and you just kinda get hit
@@Buddy_Beatz if it helps, Alatreon's flying is actually phase change on a set timer. If you save a CC or time the de-enrage, you can prevent the flying entirely, as it never starts flying again until the next timer.
You have to admit though, he made it way, WAY farther than anyone expected. I don't mind if he couldn't finish one last piece of content, since he did 10x more than I had expectations for and alatreon was a super rewarding fight to watch.

But if I can do it, and great sword isn't even my main then he should definitely be able to do it. Kinda bummed out he didn't finish that why I made this. Used a pre fatalis gear build to show it's possible.
@@eddieb1995 lmao, most of the big yt people who play esp people like asmon never ever actually commit to fully understanding the game and just have a pretty surface level understanding, it sucks because there's probably a good amount of people who seen the game for the first time through people like them. not defending the guy btw just very passionate about the series
@@eddieb1995 I personally find MR KT solo the hardest fight. Its where u have to understand mechanics, have a gameplan and have good dps check in last phase
I feel alot of people did. we just powered through it. But in the eyes of a content creator if your not making progress its a waste of time so I get why he stopped.
