@life marketing, I notice that you have reached 202 likes and am excited to see your next video on how to create custom audiences. Please keep up your great work. Thanks
Great video, really helped me understand how to set up and use the pixel and event tracking. Short question: how can I view the results (how many of the specific events occured from my campaigns)? Do I need to go into my Data sources, adjust time frame and pull it there or can I somehow add the relevant column(s) in the Campaign reports in the Ads Manager? Cheers!
Hey there! You can customize your columns on the campaign, ad set or ad level within ads manager to see any data you want to see for an given campaign, ad set or ad!
I really appreciate both your level of organization and specificity. Extremely helpful video! I have watched many such videos in the last week and this is the best!
Very very organized and clear thoughts!!! Thank you for having done such a wonderful job to make all these easily understood!!! I will continue to watch more videos of yours since this one impressed me a lot! I figured out how to install pixels and create events myself but if I had watched your video, I would have saved a lot of time! Really awesome!!!
Hi, wanted to know is it possible to connect the website to both the conversion API and the pixel at the same time? Or do you have to choose one or the other? Thanks in advance!
You will have to go to your "events manager" page and there it will show you the events you're tracking and on the right side it will say "total events" for each category (showing you how many times each category has been clicked on).

try to find the head of your website and place it there ? isn't that the most important step, why would you not tell us that part ? Can you go slower or add a high lighting tool while at the same time ,speak slower. Just a suggestion. The first fold the header of your website lots of people don't know those things and i still don't know where to ad the pixel code. If you want to stand out you have to be the best . I'm just saying as a suggestion to your videos. Platforms change so fast and I'm thankful this is an up to date tutorial, thank God and thank you ,but I still don't know where to ad the pixel code on the header tag from this video.
Also, you can change your watch speed if you go to settings in the bottom right corner of the video, click playback speed and change it to a lower speed. That also might help!
The process of editing your header will look different depending on what kind of website you have. What kind of website do you have currently? Is it Wordpress, or Shopify or Wix or what?
Hi Sean! Fantastic video. It works perfectly when I visit the link on my computer, but I do not receive any events when I visit it on any phone, even though I set up and verified my pixel. What do you think I am doing wrong?
Sometimes it can show up differently between your phone and on a desktop. Have you tried reaching out to Facebook chat support? ruclips.net/video/lPb7t30rrRU/видео.html
Thank you so much for this video, Sean. Really informative and clear. I have a question about Events. If we set multiple "View Content" events on our page, how can we determine which button was actually clicked? For example, if we set up a View Content event for a "Shop Our Collection" button, but we also set up a View Content event for an "About Us" button, how will Pixel report it out to us? Will we be able to differentiate what button was pressed?
Thanks for watching! And yes, that is possible. Facebook has a good article here on the deduplication process, and how you can set up your API and Pixel so that your results don't get doubled: facebook.com/business/help/823677331451951?id=1205376682832142

Great Channel , I have question please How to change attribution settings Facebook ads in the campaign to be 1 day click or view (I can not find it at all) where is this option gone?
What's the main difference between adding an event from pixel or the conversion API. I'm having difficulties with my conversion events being tracked as I've mentioned on another one of your videos and I'm thinking is it because I've added the events from pixel rather than from conversion API
The biggest difference between them is that Pixel sends web events from a web browser, while Conversion API sends web events from a server. In both instances you have data that is ending up in Ads Manager. With Pixel, this data is being collected through Ads Manager itself. With Conversion API, this data is being collected by your server and then transferred over to Ads Manager. You should be able to add events on either, so it may be worth checking where your events are coming from and how the data is being collected.
@@LYFEMarketingAtlanta Thanks again for your detailed response I take it that I need to make them all from the conversion API to work with the new IOS update to track IOS conversions? If so is there a particular way of tracking where they are coming from?
Great content! Question - I've installed the pixel, but haven't set up standard events. Yet, they do appear in events manager and are being tracked. I've also checked with pixel helper extension. Could they've been created automatically somehow? Its Woocomerce. The events are page view, atc, initiate checkout, etc.
Thanks for watching! After doing a little research, it looks like Woocommerce can sometimes create these events automatically. You may be able to edit or delete these, but you'd need to poke around the platform a little more to determine whether or not that's an option for you.
What is the connection between the (up to) 8 events setup under the IOS14 requirement and where you place the pixels? Can you only track those 8? If so, shouldn't you set those up first?
These 8 events are ones that can be prioritized for conversion optimization. You can set them up in any order you want, and use multiple for your business. You just have to make sure that the events you want are prioritized after selection. As far as physical placement goes, you can set up your pixel to monitor whatever buttons/area on your website you see fit. These 8 events are generally focused around areas that are most helpful for business owners to monitor (such as content views, leads, purchases, etc), so you will be getting more targeted results than you would otherwise.
The sevond pixel in your screen is showing a ref warning sign symbol on top. Can you please tell me how to resolve that. This is very important. Please reply.
Sadly I can't use Web selection under connecting the data source. I have two pixels. But only one is acting as an asset. The other one is without an asset. Am I doing something wrong?
I've been looking around to see if I could find a straightforward answer for you, and I came across this: "Go to Business Manager > Business Settings > Data Sources > Pixels. Click on the Pixel you want to associate with an ad account, and under Connected Assets click Add Assets. From there, select the Pixel you want to associate with the Ad Account. This may seem somewhat backwards, but essentially you need to associate the pixel with the ad account, not the ad account with the pixel." I am trying to post my conversion ad campaign on facebook but for some reason under 'Pixel' It won't allow me to change it to the pixel I want to use. How do I fix this?

I've got my pixel all set up and I've had it all checked. Now it doesn't register my purchases. For example I have 60 purchase on shopify but on facebook it only shows 20. How can I fix this?
Here's a list of common errors that occur on Facebook pixel: facebook.com/business/help/490934944618455?id=1205376682832142. how when retargeting people who clicked Get A Free Proposal button, how do you remove the people who clicked it and filled it out successfully? So you only retarget those who clicked it and didn't fill it out. Or better yet, split that information when you comes in via API?
You can create a custom audience of people who have already completed a desired action. You can do this in the audience tab of Facebook Ads manager. Here are a few video to help you out! ruclips.net/video/nebWvpxj0-0/видео.html

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue! We're not sure why this problem is occurring, but you may want to try removing the balance from your account to see if it let's you in then. If that doesn't work, then we suggest reaching out to Facebook support to see if they can resolve the issue.
First you'll want to check and see if the Pixel is properly set up and integrated.
