      Thanks for watching and subscribing!! The size of your audience will vary depending on a few factors, including what you're promoting, which part of the sales funnel you're working in, and your budget.
      If you provide a more niche type of product or service, you'll automatically have a smaller audience to choose from. If you're trying to generate awareness, you'll want to cast a wide net with a big audience, but if you're re/targeting warmer audiences, you'll likely only need a smaller audience. And, of course, the maximum size of your audience will depend on how much you can afford to pay in ad spend.
      Facebook generally suggests a minimum audience size between 1,000 and 50,000 people, but you can go much higher than that if it works for your business. The biggest thing is you have to find the balance that works for you!

    Is the Facebook narrow audience consider as Marketing funnels (AIDA) model ?

      Narrowing down your audience within Facebook Ads Manager means you're adding conditions. For example, instead of just targeting females in the US with an interest in clothes, you can say they also have to be an engaged shopper. Narrowing down your audience is setting "AND" conditions instead of "either/or" conditions.

    Do I have to install facebook ads manager for it??
    Or will I have these options on my fb page too?
    Are these targeting options different on desktop vs smartphone?

      If you have a Facebook business page, ad manager should already be accessible! Targeting option should be the same on both devices but we recommend using a desktop, if possible.

    Thank you. Now can you explain how would Demographic + Interest + Behaviour correlate together. Say for example if i would like to target two specific groups with different interest and behavior. How will the algorithm work ?? Do i just type everything in ?? How does the cost per click and audience reach be or should be ??

      Great question! If you want to target two different groups, you'd need to have two different ad sets: one ad set for Audience A and a second ad set for Audience B. And you can either have one campaign budget to fund both of those ad sets, or allocate separate budgets for each ad set.

    Hi LYFE, i am so confused..I just have a FB page no othervwebsite for my product. I sell plants and want to direct people to my FB page, should i use TRAFFIC or MESSAGES under campaign objectives? Please advise as i am totally lost & frustrated. I have been running my first ad for 4 days now but only getting the likes & thumbs up (from 78 people)
    No comments or questions from anyone?? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks Jason😭

      In the ad set level, under detailed targeting, type in "birthday" and you'll see the 12 options to target by birth month!

      You don't want your audience size to be too large or too small. If you get too detailed with your targeting, Facebook won't have enough people to show the ad to and your ad likely won't run much. But if you don't have any targeting options set, and you're just targeting anybody on Facebook, you'll likely waste a lot of ad dollars without seeing many results. I would find the middle ground and set some targeting options to align with your ideal customer while keeping your audience size healthy.

    A great informative video for people just starting out. Also, this is recent info. Much info on FB subjects are about 2-5 yrs. old
    leaving many viewers confused and lost. Recent info with FB is necessary these days.

    How much budget should I use per target account?

      We recommend that businesses budget $500/mo on their advertising efforts. If you are running separate ad accounts, then we recommend allotting this amount for each account you manage. If this is not within your budget, then that is totally fine, and you should budget whatever amount for each you can afford.

    good content, but your lighting is a little off. Your lights are too low, which is creating monster lighting. Shadows on your glasses is distracting and I can tell your lights are low not only from your glasses reflection on your face but also from the 2 highlights on your lips. Shadows should be coming down rather than up to give a more natural look. Hope this info helps in someway and thanks for the information

      Great question! If you're under the Campaigns tab of Ads Manager, you can usually find a basic overview of your results by scrolling to the right. You can also access more data by clicking on the hamburger icon on the left side of the page and going to Insights. There you can view all kinds of account data, including audience breakdowns and results based on content & ads. Hope this helps!
