Most informative video I’ve seen on crypto yet and gives me a bit more confidence to invest myself. Only thing i dont understand is the whole staking your crypto for a return? What does this mean and are you at risk of your coins being devalued by doing so?

Are you saying there is no capital gains taxes on trading stocks through an llc as a foreign investor?
Can you give details on how to use an LLC for investing for US citizens. How to pay members, how to do taxes etc?
Please do you have experiance with mark to market accounting, wash sales and tax filing plus other concept and other things related to the trading industry, or should I contact a specialist on that type of business (like tradersaccounting) to assist me and to file everything correctly.
if you can assist me, please is the costs are the same (I already know your cost regarding the other businesses like e-commerce)

@@JamesBakerCPA I'll just summarize the scenario. I'm UAE Resident, L.L.C filed remotely in Wyoming. Exchange where trade is happening on is FTX U.S / Binance U.S. account is opened through nonU.S resident alient L.L.C. Do I need to file any forms?

Hi James, I would love to open a margin account with Charles Schwab, but since I'm in Europe I'm not allowed to do so. Is there a way to fix that with an US LLC? If so what about the approval of certain documents for your residency? Much thanks in advance!

I am living in less than $1000 a month on SSDI, raising my 7 yr old grandson. Can I open a llc in Wyoming & use it to purchase & trade stock. I must earn more$$ lost my home, but can’t be seen as I will lose the less than$ 200 a month I get for my grandson. I will not remain homeless & I will not allow this boy to grow up in this poverty. He has been thru hell already in his short life- please advise me

Seems like you are trading a small chance of someone suing and winning for paying a massive amount of self-employment tax, FICA and all that unnecessarily. Seems like you would only do this if you are a target for lawsuits e.g. a doctor or something.

Hey it was the best platform for trading! I used most of them. At the end of the day I think everyone is getting their money back too! And I was never paid to recommend them they were just easiest platform to use
