Thank you for the information. I am a foreigner who has a US LLC and the advice i was given is to steer clear of "US sourced income", because thats when you start to trigger more filing and tax liabilities in the US. Can I take from this video that it isn't true in the case of investing, so long as there is no "dividends" being paid?
I have a question: what is the best structuring for tax efficiencies for US citizens living abroad?
For long-term passive investing you can use UCITS ETFs accumulating (like CSPX for S&P 500 ETF) in IntBrokers for buy and hold strategy - and there will be no taxes on capital gains and no US taxes for hereditary AFAIK.
Is there any central depositry system for stocks in the USA that is more secure than brokerage firms ?

So a foreign company owned (Panama IBC) LLC dont pay withholding tax on dividends on US stocks?
If your an American you always pay American tax on your profits. Anywhere. US is the best place to make money for non Americans

Well if it's money market that's one thing but the stock accounts are regulated differently

People schedule discovery calls but if you come in with complicated questions they suggest a paid call so it's not a waste of time. This offer would have been 250 for a one on one call with me to fully diagnose and advise on your situation
At this point I have to charge for the calls I attend because of the demand and the free calls on the website from my team can only answer basic questions. But that is fully explained on the schedule page

I've done at this point almost 1000 paid calls and I have only had one person that wanted a refund and I think he never intended to pay for the call anyways, and I refunded him.

I don’t live in the US, but I have a few relatives there and I’m sure they won’t have a problem if I use their home address.
