Hi James. I got a little issue. I opened an LLC with an EIN number. Im a foreigner and my LLC is from NM. I want to use the LLC to sell on amazon, and I need a Non Taxable Transaction Certificate, NTTC Type 2 because otherwise if I purchase products from china, I get charged with a 10% tax in my purchase. I do not have a TAX Identification number, and they are asking me for an officer. I do not have that because I do not have a employees in the US. Any advice?

Well FINCEN guards your data do clients and other governments wouldn't have access to it so it's still anonymous to an extent. You still have to share your info with banks

For a non-resident the LLC does not pay taxes (for foreign business) everywhere or only in some states, example Delaware?
