Hello- thank you for this valueable info. What to do in a situation where we need SSN as well and we dont live in US. There are some online business i am looking into and it requires SSN in order to verify i am a US resident. Can you get a SSN from outside US or what are other ways if we already have LLC in US ?

Hi James. I got a little issue. I opened an LLC with an EIN number. Im a foreigner and my LLC is from NM. I want to use the LLC to sell on amazon, and I need a Non Taxable Transaction Certificate, NTTC Type 2 because otherwise if I purchase products from china, I get charged with a 10% tax in my purchase. I do not have a TAX Identification number, and they are asking me for an officer. I do not have that because I do not have a employees in the US. Any advice?
What you recomended for me. I doing few jobs.. i make Web sites, and start to doing marketing services. Also i giving a class for students web development, and i have site where i sell my course, also have 1 by 1 classes. Can i complete all this in one LLC. Thanks you!

For a non-resident the LLC does not pay taxes (for foreign business) everywhere or only in some states, example Delaware?
