This is not Virtual Reality, is a normal first person experience. That kind of quality is difficult to achieve in virtual reality, no one want to spend on an entire Vr game pipeline just for archviz. That is a fact.

You would have to be running it on PC VR on a very beefy RTX card, and this card would need to be running in a built, cooled, high-powered desktop (and *not* a laptop!). Could *possibly* be Airlink compatible. Obviously would recommend the latest 4070 or above. Recommend checking benchmarks - I've got an RTX 3070 in a laptop and it still has difficulty maintaining VR frame rate in Unreal environments with post-processing enabled. Still, I've seen good stuff online from folks with good setups, again - in a desktop computer.

My plan is to "import" the Sketchup model into Unreal Engine to do something like this. But I have no idea about Unreal. 🙄 Could you do some tutorial for creating and "programming" that kind of thing? (the walkthrough, picking up and dropping objects, turning lights on/off, etc.)

It's a 2D version of a VR scene. Turning this into 360° VR isn't hard (if they haven't already). Or did I misunderstand what you said?

you can use the free template with blueprint from marketplace, it is called archviz explorer and a little adjustment of its blueprints
