3D developer here great with Blender, SketchUp, 3DSMax, Substance Painter and more. Currently work flow with Blender to Twinmotion or Lumion or same path via sketchup to TM or Lumion. Unreal Engine 5 for this is a whole other level! What are some recommended tutorials to learn this and create this experience with the models I create? Want to build for PC,Web and VR mainly. Great Job!

this solution can be used in different situations for the customer. it can be made available on a server and the client can access it via web browser so any device can run it, or an executable file to be used on game consoles or pcs to be placed in stands or fairs....

Can you do like a modern tropical urban city with a full downtown skyline with buildings up to 100 stories and a beach community with family friendly beach resort hotels with someone having their own water park and maybe the suburbs can have a mix of South Florida, and Polynesian architecture? And it can be like an American city

Is there a tutorial for something like this? For tutorial purposes it could be like just a room - with interactive features, and how to package it (like the full process, in a smaller room scene)
Do you offer consulting services? I'm new to unreal, know just how to setup environment, foliage and use assets for level design.

Sorry for the delay. We can't recommend a tutorial or course out there because we never tried any of them. We also don't offer consulting services, unfortunately, because we used are very busy with several projects. Sorry about that. Thanks for your comment.

at the moment we have no way to think about it. Perhaps in the not-too-close future we will launch a specialization course, but for now it is not in our plans. We really appreciate your comment. We are happy that you liked it.

an excelent video i just have one question what 3d program did you use to create the scene(furnitures etc.)
also are there a lot of work oppurtunities for unreal engine users in real estate, automotive and architecture ? Been trying to convince myself into learning unreal engine but i dont know if investing my time and effort into this program will later on help me on my career.
@@Claw94 3ds max and unreal, was used. I think its worth a lot if you want to enter in any 3D interactive market. Unreal is the best in my opinion.
Where did you get the hdri? Does the background also involve custom meshes ? (buildings) or is it just an image?
It's a mix of image and meshes. There´s no HDRI. This background is not being used to light as HDRI
@@visualdynamics3d I am assuming it is a photo on a slightly curved plane? It looks great I did notice the building in up front and to the side. Are those also made by you or is it from an unreal pack?

Great question. Yes sure. Especially for millionaires luxury buildings that is not build yet. So companies can sell apartments still in construction fase. People will be able to walk and see exactly what they are buying. Thanks for your comment. We are glad you like it.

Sou um entusiasta da UE5 para ArchViz, já comprei cursos de outros lugares, inclusive em inglês, e não possuem qualidade e suporte para chegar neste nível. Porque não pensam a respeito ? O primeiro usuário da plataforma vocês já tem! rs...

well... This is a 3D presentation for an apartment that hasn't been built yet. This way, billionaires can walk, interact and see exactly what the apartment will look like and buy still in the floor plan, which is much cheaper. Thats the point. Got it?
