Oh man...I've been listening to so many hypnosis/subliminals for weight loss/binge eating tracks and haven't really noticed results...I was starting to think something was wrong w me!! After 3 nights listening to this, something FINALLY shifted and I feel full of self control and ready to do the damn thing! I am expecting it will last...Thank you for this 🙏
I'll say i never felt more relaxed than i did listening to this... it felt like it was only 15 minutes but it was almost 30 minutes. Im always craving soda even at night and now i dont mind water and not really wanting soda. Thank you Tansy

Great hypnosis session Tansy! After I was done with the video I got up and enjoyed a salad for dinner. I'm going to listen to it daily for at least 2 weeks. Are you able to see where the people listen are from? I live in the United States in Vancouver, Washington. In Washington, Oregon and California there are major wildfires going go. The air quality where I live is the worst on the world right now. I have friends and coworkers that that had to evacuate and many people have lost their homes. The area where I live is not near the evacuations but the air is so bad we are staying inside as much as possible. I'm using your hypnosis to relax and stay calm. Thank you! 🙂❤

Thank you so much for this; I do wish there was less emphasis on “slim and shape and slender And narrow” Some of us aren’t “narrow” even when we’re fit. I would love more emphasis on strong, and healthy and vigorous. But to each their own! Still enjoyed it and still am going to listen to it occasionally

:) True. And I dont want to lose muscle. I dont even want "slim". I just want to lose excess fat, preserve all muscle, gain strength, and gain more muscle. I think bulk through muscle strength is good, the right kind of bulk. :)
I did acupuncture for my thyroid and after being on medication for hypothyroid for over 10 years, I’ve officially been off and in normal levels for 5 years now. It really surprised me.

I wondered the same thing. But trying to use it like a guided meditation try not to worry about being hypnotized. Just try to listen every day. Hoping I can do this for 30 days.

Y’all aren’t missing anything. “Hypnosis,” May not be what you think it’s going to be . Just relax, it’s okay if your conscious self misses a bit or dozes off to sleep. Your subconscious is at work & will do what it’s meant to, give it time & consistency. It works for everyone at different intervals differently.
Hi, I have difficulty with dusting old books and not sneezing right away... Also, after living in Scotland for 20 years, my associations with visiting a Scottish castle is rain, wind, horrible weather, shivering, musty musty smell and damp. Not very helpful track for me. Dry sunny beach is more apealing to me than cold. Sorry.

You know you have to listen for at least 30 days, bc this is how long it takes for the body to adjust to the new situation
@user-tp8ec7de3f that's not how Hypnotherapy works though. 6 sessions of Hypnotherapy sessions have a 93% success rate.
