I have been a fan since the 90"s . The season is good I'm loving Max and Leo hope they become a couple like movie Casper lol. But I really like all the episodes I even rewatch them all. The shows aren't terrifying but I watch them with my kids and I just got hooked. I like the stories.

The premise I got because Leo stated in Episode 2 and it was implied in Episode 1 that The Midnight Society is dead because of Bella(Kayla’s twin) passing away. Episode 1 Kayla mentioned that they used to tell stories, but haven’t since Bella passed because it is no longer fun. I was able to predict what happened at the end of Episode 1 because of a feeling I got about a character. I actually like the Season so far and have had more jumó scares than the previous two seasons of the Revival.Are You Afraid of the Dark Curse of the Shadows was my favorite because of the fright factor for me, but I feel Ghost Island May become my favorite. I’m not only scared of Ghosts, but the effects are amazing this Season and I was impressed the previous seasons. I would love if this Season was an inspiration for Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights this year. Apparently there was an interactive Haunted Hotel for the premiere.
Yeah, I think my main issues I was trying to get across was about them being part of the Midnight Society is not believable to me. Felt rushed, but hopefully they can win me over in the next few eps. thanks for watching 😁

Acurding to wiki fandom Are You Afraid Of The Dark?: Ghost Island is the third and final season of Are You Afraid Of The Dark? 2019 revival series.
Are you afraid of the dark?: Ghost Island is coming to DVD on August 1st 2023 and the runtime of 177 mins.
Also I feel like this season did something that I’m super happy with that hasn’t really been mentioned is the normalcy of death or talking about it. A lot of kids shows try to say characters die in weird ways or show something less brutal and just as permanent. Season 1 I forgot most of what happened so I won’t talk about it. Season 2 didn’t mention it but it was hinted to. From what I remember if you stayed in the well thing for too long you disappointed some way but, I feel like if they would’ve said they’ll die instead of showing them turn into dust when they left it could heighten the stakes even more. This could easily push the shows boundaries and what can be considered as a kid show. So I feel like the next few seasons can become darker than before just because people can die and death doesn’t have to be alluded in a werid way.
Now that the season ended I like the season more than I did at the start. I feel like episode 4 really tied the season together and episode 3 was great too. I do wish they had 1 more episode to establish the midnight society being disbanded just so we can see the full extent of it as well as having flash backs to the group being together instead of it just being Bella however, episodes 3 and 4 you can see it a little bit more and it did make it more believable. If I had to rank this season I feel like this is my second favorite, worst season was season 1, and season 2 was incredible.

The first two seasons were pretty good and had good storylines. This season so far i find took a pretty big step back. The not believing that they are the midnight society is spot on. The characters just seem like they are tossed together and it feels forced to believe that hey form the midnight society. I feel like this current season can come and go and hopefully they can get it together for the fourth season... if this one doesn't mess things up too bad...

I'm a long time fan of are You afraid of the dark, I believe the first episode came out back in October of 1990 sometime. As long as Nickelodeon continues to make these episodes for are You afraid of the dark, I will continue to watch them. I love them and I enjoy them yet. Now I would definitely like to see some of the older cast from the '90s of are You afraid of the dark in the newer episode's and if that would be possible. It would be nice if they would make up appearances now and then, well that's if Nickelodeon allows it.

Not gonna lie, episode 1 was mix for me. Pros is that this season they immediately jumped to the scary part. Like honestly, this episode was fill with scary stuff compare to the other seasons. The premise of them being on a haunted island/hotel is pretty interesting too. The cons would be the character. Honestly, as of right now, I love season 2 (book of shadows) midnight society the most. Season 1 midnight society was also pretty good. This season, they got to work hard to prove themselves to me IMO. But them disbanding the society because of the sister is pretty interesting though. They can definitely do alot with that.
Overall, this episode is pretty mid, but they can definitely improved on. I havent seen episode 2 yet.
